Our tour guide (Ian ?) was brilliant. Was a very enjoyable tour down to Bondi and the surrounds and to see so much of the coast. Lots of very good local knowledge by the tour guide who had a wealth of knowledge and experience having lived in many of the areas

One of the loveliest trip have made, the bus trip compliment everything,Paul thumbs up 👍 you are amazing,you win the tour guide of the year,the way you presented the whole trip was more than we could ask for. Despite the weather beeing bad, you still made it work with the exemplary review of the history of Sydney, the cruise eventually capped it with the wonderful lunch on board, thanks to the entire team. Asked if l could do it? My answer is definitely yes and yes ,we we're able to capture memorable moments from the harbour Bridge and the Opera house .

Out guide, Andy, figured out a clever way to do most of the driving during the rainy morning so we had nice clear weather for the afternoon sites and hiking.

AEA failed to pick us up at 07.10 this morning. They said Trailfinders had cancelled. Trailfinders called and they confirmed not cancelled and they also spoke with AEA. Either way pretty grim experience. Up at 07.10 no trip and no solution from AEA. The trip might be good but they have got to collect you first

What a great tour! We had the best guide, Mario, who went above and beyond -- literally! My hat flew off in a gust of wind, and over the cliff. Mario actually lied down on the ground at the edge and reached to a ledge and rescued the hat! He was fabulous overall too --lots of great info on Australia and his recommendations at lunch were spot on! (best ice cream ever). The farm visit was also a highlight.

Matt our tour guide was fantastic. He was so informative and knowledgeable. He was a pleaser to be with. Give him a raise.

Nigel was a great tour guide. Loved that he imparted his local knowledge about Sydney - in addition to the sites it was nice to get a feel for some of the neighborhoods in Sydney

Our driver Hedler was wonderful and did everything he could to make our Blue Mountains day tour good BUT the weather was awful so we saw nothing. All the look out points were covered in clouds and even the botanic gardens were impossible to visit (the one indoor exhibit was closed). Other buses at least had umbrellas for their guests. The weather should have been checked by the tour company before we departed and we should have been given an option - other tours we have taken gave partial reimbursements when the weather did not permit the full experience. Given the option my husband and I would not have wanted to spend the day on a bus to see clouds and would have happily done ANYTHING else in Sydney on our last day. SUPER disappointed!

We had a wonderful time on this tour! It was a great way to see some of the beautiful wildlife and scenery outside of Sydney, especially since we had limited time. The weather was a bit overcast and rainy, but we still got to enjoy many of the sights. Helder was an excellent tour guide! He kept everyone engaged throughout with details about the sights, historical information about Australia, and local recommendations. He also did a great job offering alternate options when the weather shortened some of our stops.

Nigel was excellent tour guide. Enjoyed being on the water and seeing Sydney from a different perspective. Only suggestion - boat greeters need to pay attention and communicate more clearly when participants are boarding the ship. A few people tripped and could have taken a tumble

All was fine until I tested positive for Covid 22 hours before the scheduled tour. I immediately notified AEA Luxury Tours that even though I wasn't horribly sick, my wife and I shouldn't go on the small bus tour to protect the health of others. AEA Luxury Tours was not helpful at all and borderline rude - their response was basically "tough luck" no refund. Went on to whine to me about how they are a family business blah, blah, blah... I was just trying to do the right thing but they wanted no part in helping us out. Other tour companies we had scheduled the following two days were much, much more understanding and helpful. I guess this company is ok if you have no problems but...
