Pickup details- Our bus transfers are a complimentary service, pickup is available from two different hotels ONLY where guests will be transferred back to Circular Quay after the flight. Transfers are operated on a fixed timetable and are independent to our helicopter flying schedule therefore guests may encounter a waiting period before or after their flight. Alternatively, a taxi can be ordered by Sydney Helitours staff upon request at the guests own expense.

- We operate Robinson helicopters that have a maximum seat limitation of 135kg (297lbs), passengers in excess of this weight will be required to fly in the Eurocopter helicopter which will incur additional cost (subject to the number of passengers travelling).
- All passengers will be weighed upon check in. Bookings for four guests are more than 360kg may also need to upgrade to a larger EC130 (additional costs and payable direct to the supplier)
- Helicopters are collapsible wheelchair accessible, however the pilot is unable to assist passengers with boarding and disembarking due to occupational, health and safety regulations.
- Courtesy transfer is available from selected City hotels. Once accommodation details are provided we will arrange the closest available option to where you are staying.
- You will receive confirmation of your flight time and scheduled pickup time from a City hotel (if required) via email.
- If you do not require transfer or are staying in an area outside the City you can make your own way to our base, check-in is 30 minutes prior to the confirmed departure time.
- Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate
- If you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
- If you cancel at least 3 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.

This ride was the icing on the cake, a wonderful way to see Sydney from the skies and say goodbye. The staff were professional, friendly and understanding, with pick up and drop off at our hotel at the end as the heavens opened after we landed. We felt very safe at all times. - srhare0 contributionsImpossibly perfect helicopter rideWhen I went on this flight, I was 65 years old and had never flown in a helicopter in my life. Boy, did I ever pick a perfect first flight. The weather conditions were ideal, I got the front seat next to the pilot and I had a great phone camera and came away with amazing shots and video. I cannot recommend this enough - even the cost is incredibly less than I would have guessed. Sydney Harbor has to be one of the top 3 places in the world to have a helicopter ride. I will go again when I next reurn to Sydney. And Yhe pilot was excellent (not sure I can give names).Written April 30, 2024

After a direct safety briefing, Ellen (sorry, sp) showed the kids the map and some of the cool pictures. We then safely boarded the helicopter with their help and were off towards Sydney. We were able to get very close to the Harbor Bridge, the Sydney Opera House and Bondi Beach. It was so beautiful, thrilling and safe. I highly recommend it as a Top 5 experience in Sydney. What an amazing experience. It seemed a lot of money but I don't regret a penny. Pick up was on time, nice settling period at the airport. A moment of concern when I realised how small the helicopter was. It was just my husband and I on the trip so he had front seat and I was more than happy to sit behind. Take off was a bit scary, having never been in a helicopter before - you really get a sense of speed and height. We had two laps of the harbour before travelling up the coast towards the Hunter Valley. The pilot was brilliant, pointing out landmarks and answering questions. Felt like celebrities arriving for lunch. First class table and wonderful food with views over the vineyard valley. Ideallic. Brave enough for the front seat on return journey.
Yes, expensive but if you want to tick off the bucket list then this experience would be hard to beat. Beats 4 hrs in a stuffy bus!

Really great staff and service. Efficient and helpful. Beautiful tour as well. Helicopter was well-maintained. Our pilot also did well in explaining the sights around Sydney before we landed.
