For my return trip to the airport I was picked up at 3 am and at the airport at 3:15. This was 45 minutes before the LOT checkin counters opened. I sent 4/5 emails to the company to confirm this and they were all ignored. I got there 45 minutes too early

Had difficulty finding driver at the airport as using his phone rather than a written notice.
Did point out landmarks and gave us information on city but dropped us off on main road and told us hotel down the side road. Walked the length of it, no hotel. Found a cafe and looked at Google maps hotel was in the other side of the main road metres from where we were dropped and there was no reason why we couldn't have been taken to hotel.
No information given about time of return pickup had to phone to find out and make sure we would be picked up at the hotel.

The taxi driver was waiting for us in arrivals. He helped with the luggage. We waited outside for 5 mins while he collected the car. Pleasant ride to our hotel. Driver was happy to chat if we wanted too. Excellent overall, would use again.

Driver was waiting for us with name sign and was very polite. Car was very clean. Same driver picked us up at hotel for return journey and was on time. Definitely use this service again. Couldn't fault them.

We were very impressive with this service. The driver was waiting in the arrivals hall, at Krakow Airport, with a sign with my name on. He was polite and courteous and spoke about the history of the area we were visiting and gave us some useful tips. On our return we walked to the meeting point, where again the driver was waiting to return us to the airport.

When we arrived at Krakow there was no driver waiting for us , I phoned ther main office and they explained the driver had trouble parking. The driver did turn up about 8 minutes later hence the rating of 3.

I cannot rate this service highly enough to, our driver was waiting for us as soon as we arrived, told us how long the journey would be and we sat back and enjoyed our transfer, the return journey was exactly the same arrived on time and no hassles to end our fab trip away
