About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Jonesy19740 contributionsStill has the magic but some issues apparent.MK is without a doubt the busiest craziest park of the lot. Not helped by the hundreds of strollers and scooters (you spend literally all day dodging them). There are some fantastic rides like Mine train & Thunder mountain. Didn’t ride TRON, but husband said it was ok but very uncomfortable and painful on the neck. Why build a ride that is this uncomfortable? Early hours is pointless. Spent longer in the queue for mine train in early hours than later in the day. Too many people do early hours so it’s not beneficial, unless you are absolutely the first in line. Also alot of queue jumping with guests holding spaces for family then they push in. This shouldn’t be allowed, it’s frustrating and makes the queue time even longer. Imagine if everyone did this! Some of the toilets were pretty dire have to say. Lack of cleaners evident. Unlike in Universal, where they were spotless. Still love MK, but it’s crazy overcrowded and lines too big for a very short ride. Miss the old free fast pass system. Looking forward to seeing the new changes and hope they make other improvements too.Written December 10, 2024
- gwaziii0 contributionsJust No!Wow, things have changed! As a lifelong Florida resident I visited WDW several times during my childhood and as a young adult. The last time I visited was 2004 as I really enjoy roller coasters and believe the Busch and Universal parks provide more value (and way cheaper tickets). As for WDW in 2024, I say no thank you. Gone are the days where you could buy a ticket and feel free to explore the park at your own leisure. Now you need a strategy (and lots of extra coin for Lightening Pass) to get through the day. You will be in and on the Disney app constantly and herding your family through extremely dense crowds from one ride or food pavilion to the next. No time to freely explore or enjoy your surroundings as you will be constantly pushing through that extremely dense sea of people. Without the ridiculously expensive Lightening Pass, you will wait and wait and wait some more for a two minute ride, some with engineering dating back to the 1960s. And that Lightening Pass there only allows you to select one too tier ride per pass. Good luck selecting Tron and Space Mountain on the same pass. The food was subpar but not the most expensive theme park food. I believe the other Orlando parks charge more. However, the quality has gone downhill considerably since my last visit. Hot dogs, burgers and chicken strips about sums it up. I seem to remember more variety including some pretty good sandwiches, but these are now a thing of the past. Lastly, this place just is not as clean anymore, which sucks to say about place that was supposed to and used to sparkle. There were food wrappers on rides, the bathrooms were disgusting, and the dining rooms were atrocious. Food and garbage everywhere and a staff that could care less about cleaning it up. But then what should we expect from a company that wants to pack us in like sardines, strategizes ways to get every last dollar from our wallets, and forgot everything there is to know about their brand and Disney magic.Written December 9, 2024
- sarahlM4758HS0 contributionsDon't Waste Your Money on Mickey's Merry Christmas PartyI am an annual passholder and go often. I decided to try the X- Mas party for 200 PP. I will never go again. Dangerously crowded. Nothing big. They give you 4 cookie stations with cider from a jug or eggnog or coco. More Christmas music is played and the parade it a holiday one. Light snow (soap bubbles) on Main Street. Never again.Written December 8, 2024
- Erik H0 contributionsLightning Lanes are a must.Other than getting stuck on the Carousel of Progress we had a wonderful day. Dinner at the Crystal Palace was yummy, we would recommend. Use the lightning lanes or you will be in lines all day it’s an additional $35 a person, but worth it.Written December 7, 2024
- coldandquietlover0 contributionsA magical placeAnother fantastic experience in Magic Kingdom. Every interaction with the staff is amazing, with them being focused on delivering an exellent experience for the guests. Lots to do, even for people who are not a fan of rides. Only downside is, in July it was very hot and not a lot of areas to get shade and cool downWritten December 6, 2024
- Conniemama0 contributionsGreat fun, loved the snowFirst time doing this and we could tell it was a tradition for a lot of families. They dressed in matching Christmas PJs and took lots of pictures. We each got an ornament for our tree. There was hot chocolate and cookies that people stood in line for. It was mainly a fun atmosphere and the parade was magical. They kept the snow falling during the parade. It was great fun.Written December 1, 2024
- Companion8255220 contributionsGoing to Disney since 1971Underwhelmed. Florida resident and we do Disney at least once a year. Most disappointing this trip, at Thanksgiving. Hotels (Wyndham not advertising restaurants will be closed or early). Parks extremely crowded. Way to many motorized scooters and large strollers. Lines for rides over an hour. Shops smelled musty as if MOLD. Park needs an overhaul. Decorations are beautiful but this is Nothing like it was in the past and be prepared to break your bank. Not sure when/if we are returning.Written November 28, 2024
- FarAway331202323060 contributionsWaiting for hours shouldnt be NORMALI love Disney and Disney parks and if empty this park would be five stars for me but these lines and the crowds of people are ridiculous af and its insane that these disney adults are willing to wait 40 minutes for something like the tomorrowland speedway, that being said i do find all of this attractions to be amazing but you should be able to do at the very least 10 of these a day not 5 to 6 if you are lucky. I know that having a genie+ or fastpass makes this easier but its hard to even walk in this park and in all honesty it shouldnt be the norm to wait in line for hours to do a ride that is only 1-3 minutes long. Its still an incredible park thats near perfection in beauty and entertainment but the lack of crowd capacity and insane prices makes this impossible to recommend. attached are some pictures of mold in their newest ride Tron lightcycle run which took more years to make than the new park epic universe yet somehow they cannot upkeep it with the millions they make with the millions of people that invade the park everydayWritten November 27, 2024

- EmmaJReeves0 contributionsVery busy MVMCPA very mixed review - after the cost of the holiday and then the added cost for Multi LL ohh and then you want to do a after hours party even more money - but it was a wish to do so we did. Lines were just as busy as a quiet day - they sell it as you get cookies and cocoa yes you do if you want to wait in line for 40 mins. From what we have been told they are just selling more and more tickets each year meaning it is not the exclusive event you think you are paying for. Yes the parade and fireworks were incredible as ever and that was the highlight for us. Just Jack and no Sally but they advertise Jack and Sally and cast members were not telling you just Jack as we probably would not have wasted 45 mins of the night. We attended the 15th Nov Friday evening party. Mine train was only 35 mins so that was a positive. I think you would need to to go year on year to learn the tricks of the trade but for us first timers it was a additional cost that I would not do again for several years. We had fun but not the experience we had been sold.Written November 26, 2024
- Bogotarocks0 contributionsStill the most magic place on earthStill the most Magic Place on earth. Yes Disney is expensive - but the money it must cost to keep the place looking so magic. The place is spotless. Since our last visit they have added the Tiana ride which is excellent - but be sure to get in that virtual queue or make that multi pass reservation early. It is a busy place - so if you can afford it buy multi passes - it will make your day far more enjoyable. TIP - if you are coming from abroad you can now make your multi pass selections in your country of origin - you don't need to wait until you land in The US.Written November 25, 2024
- 241wearytraveller0 contributionsBrilliantEntry to the park for the evening event starts at 4pm which is great as it gives you a full 8 hours. All special event guests are given a gift of a special Disney Christmas tree decoration. From 4pm to 7pm it is quite busy as there are both day and night guests and the wait times for attractions are quite long, but waiting times drop after the day trippers leave. Someone mentioned there wasn’t much snow and it was dark….what do you expect, it’s nighttime, it’s Florida and it’s Disney so even the fake snow is magical. There are 2 parades, try to get on the attractions during one of them, the wait times are even shorter then. Well worth a visit for any ageWritten November 22, 2024
- iv7210 contributionsTotal DisappointmentWaste of money! Hardly any snow! Too dark, didn’t see the “Yuletide Mickey Mouse” stage show, as advertised, and I guess we had to go on a scavenger hunt in search of the “cookies and cocoa”! Although the name of the event starts with “Mickey”, we were there for 5 hours and did not see him once. We waited for a parade for one hour and all we saw were girls twirling large white balls in the air! A total waste!Written November 22, 2024
- jennifermP4145MY0 contributionsBad Magic Kingdom ExperienceIt has been three months since our awful experience, and there have been no resolutions. Six of my family members visited the Florida Magic Kingdom on August 10, 2024. The experience was terrible. Our first ride was the Carousel of Progress, which kept getting stuck as it rotated with us. We had to wait it out. The Space Mountain ride broke down on the tracks. The attendant offered us lightning passes as compensation. But after several frustrated attempts to use them, we discovered we needed prior reservations, which she failed to tell us. I got stuck inside Space Mountain in the pitch black at night on the People Mover ride. It was scary because I was mostly alone on the ride as it neared closing. We brought my niece and granddaughter to Magic Kingdom especially to see the Disney characters. They saw none. It was raining but not hard enough for the guests not to walk in it. I asked one of the Guest Experience members working near Tiana's Bayou where to find the Disney characters and she rudely told me to check the map because when it rains the characters do not wander around the park. We spent all that money for the six of us to go to Magic Kingdom, for our hotel, food, airfare, and a rental car since we live outside of Florida. But to date, there is still no resolution with their guest services personnel. The offer they made us was insulting and now they've refused any further communications. Therefore it is my mission to warn people. The Florida Magic Kingdom is not all glitz and glamor. Not everyone who goes there has an enjoyable experience. SO BEWARE!Written November 13, 2024

Too many people allowed in to the parks. You spend most of the day in queues. Paying for Fast track doesn’t work, you might only get to do one or two rides with it. Take some food and drinks into the queues to keep you going especially if you have young children. Maybe a toy or two to keep them amused as well.More nice ice cream and good coffee stores should be provided as it’s hard to get it. Restaurants are very mediocre and you can’t get into those unless you book well in advance because they are fully booked. I feel that Disney is out to make as much money as they can, they don’t care about giving a good service anymore.

Visited Walt Disney World for the third time. They not only increased ticket prices substantially, waiting times at several attractions were over 1 hour, one reaching 105mins. Obviously they do not limit the number of people visiting the park.
Food quality is good (better than on previous visits), but prices are even higher than in Switzerland - that has one of the highest price levels in the world!
Additionally: with your entry ticket you are not entitled to go on all rides. The newest attraction „Tron“ requires in the end additional payment or enrollment in a virtual queue - that was not functioning.
Happiest place on earth? Well no, not for our teenager daughters today. Guess Disney will loose with its policy some customers.
Total cost for a family of four for one day in one of the parcs (ticket, food, beverages): 500-600 USD. Crazy!

Over-crowded, lots of small print additional costs, possible rebranding as the “Costliest place on earth”? AVOID SPRING BREAK! Memory maker is a good value for money experience but never pass a photographer without getting the pictures. Premium parking is an unnecessary extravagance and very expensive (almost double the standard cost). Walking 10-15kms a day and be prepared for queues. Genie option was about $38 per day and you can book a ride at a time and some rides are extra on top of that.

We spent two different days at Magic Kingdom during our trip to Disney World. In those two days, we were able to see and do everything we wanted to do, as well as revisit a few things we enjoyed.
As expensive as Genie+ is for the Magic Kingdom, it is very much worth it, especially with younger kids who won't enjoy waiting in long lines. Being able to skip to the front of the 30+ minute lines made our trip much more enjoyable. I would do some research of what wait times are like at different rides to get the most out of Lightning Lane. Rides like the "Under The Sea" and "It's a Small World" don't normally have long lines and move people through them quickly, making it less necessary to do LL.
Get to the fireworks show early to plot out a good spot for yourself where you can see, especially if you have small kids. People end up cramming in tight, which can make it difficult for smaller kids to be able to see. Location is critical and the good spots are gone 40+ minutes before the show starts.

We are here now and I had to write this as we are so disappointed. Spent thousands on tickets but have been made to feel like second class citizens by people who have brought into the scam of lightning lanes! The queues are all over an hour long because they make you wait while they put all the people in the lightning lanes on before you. Why should we have to pay more to ride the rides we have already paid for?! The place is tired and run down, the rides are poor with the only good ride bring tron which we had to queue virtually for for 510 minutes!! We waited 40 minutes for the parade which was cancelled last minute due to rain- there was no rain! Parking use to be free but is now €25. Cheaply made bubble wands €34! It’s all about making as much money as possible with no regards for people’s experiences. Very poor, avoid and go to universal, much more modern, better rides and overall experience. Will not return

Disney is amazing but also thoroughly enjoyed quieter and less busy Orlando activities like boat ride in Everglades and big truck tour of citrus grove. As others have said Disney tries to rip you off whenever possible. For example, when I bought a coffee I asked for milk but was directed towards chemical creamers. When I complained I was encouraged to buy a small milk for $2.50. This is one of many such Disney experiences. Next time I will have only a few days at Disney and go to Universal Studios and other Orlando sites.

I’ve been going to Disney for 20 years, here what they’ve done..due to Covid and their Battle with Governor DeSantis, ticket sales are down, so, they’ve increased the price of ticket sales, AND you get less! Horrible Experience! ! Don’t go, save your money, go to a Resort, the Resorts are building Great Amenities. They’ve Eliminated the Fast Pass and use “Lightning Lane and Virtual Queue”Scam , half of the rides are closed and the other half are old or filled to capacity, which means they are either old or you’re not getting on, so if you want to spend a minimum of 1k to be let down or annoyed save your money, they’re trying desperately to recover lost Revenue but have taken a Horrible and Ineffective approach

Probably the worst experience in all of Orlando. Aside from the (expected) crowds and the associated waiting times, The price/performance ratio is absolutely bad. Disneyland is an outdated and completely unattractive park. All we did was pay a lot of money, sweat in the queues with far too little shade and endure completely unspectacular rides! There are dozens of better parks in the world. In our opinion, a complete disappointment!

Great day with exceptional customer service from Gigi in one of the restaurants, she went the extra mile to sort things for us. Got the missing burger from our order for us, then one of our party of 9 could not eat their burger due to the amount of grease with it. She offered to get a replacement but he declined and asked if they had fries which they did not, they served nachos so she went to another restaurant and got him some. Thank you Gigi, I hope your manager sees this and gives you the credit you deserve.

First time at Disney! And for the 50th Anniversary celebration! Disney is so good at making you feel like you're in another world. I got my First Time pin, castmates were so nice and all of the characters stayed in character no matter what! That's talent. You will get your steps in because Magic Kingdom is HUGE! Just getting of the tram into Main Street USA is a walk. I loved that Disney will allow water bottles inside the park. Carrying ice water was a win for me. Staying for the fireworks is a must do! I sat closest to Space Mountain so as soon as the show was over we raced to Space Mountain and only had to wait 45 minutes! You could easily spend a couple days just at Magic Kingdom!
