oh wow definitely this is not a good experience sorry for that, however in your case unfortunately i don´t have a way how to compensate or something to do with you because this experience im not sure where did you booked, i understand your point clear and of course we care our clients and tourism but so sorry im here just looking because i can not do much, i invite you to contact the person who sell you the tour, maybe they can compensate or do something for you.
