We got really close to the nature, we were without shoes almost the whole trip. The guide was the best guide ever, he made music while we were watching the sunset. He explained everything about the nature around and local costumes. We recommand it to everybody who would like to experiance something special and natural.Written October 19, 2022

Mario have offered the best accommodation options which fit my requirements and also provided English speakers personnel for transportation who where very friendly and helpful. My trip was to a number of places were started by visiting the mid of the Amazons, where I stayed in an outstanding lodge, followed by 2 cities in Bahia. Mario was checking on me on each city to ensure everything was alright.Written May 10, 2022
- mrnice830 contributions16km hiking tour to the heart of tinharéHighly recommended if you want to do a different tour compared to all the other agency's! We did the hiking tour to the heart of the island! It was like a 16km tour with a very very nice guide Giuliano and he gave us not only information about the island tinhare, he gave us way more information! We stopped at natural pools in the middle of the Forrest of the island, all in all 11/10!Written November 18, 2021
- MargotC4630 contributionsBoipeba + Morro de Sao PauloMy boyfriend and I visited Brazil in September 2021. After some googling we came across Nanook Travel who transferred us to Mario. After a good and clear communication via Whatsapp, Mario offered us a great itinerary for a visit to Boipeba Island and Morro de Sao Paulo (duration 6 days, travel included). The first day, Mario was always available via Whatsapp which facilitated our travel to Boipeba island and was very pleasant. From then on, we already knew he would be a great guide. During our stay at the island, Mario was a great guide, translator and friend :-) we did lovely activities and enjoyed our stay. After a few days, a nice boat day and a wonderful sunset, we arrived at Morro de Sao Paulo. Even though it was raining, we already knew it would be a great last stop of our week. The second day in Morro, Mario was our private guide and took us through the forest to the Ceu waterfall. Amazing! To conclude, we never could have hoped our 'Whatsapp travel agent' would be so great. Already looking forward to our next trip: Maybe in Chili, Mario? ;-) Warm regards, Margot and GuillaumeWritten October 13, 2021
- cariboutes0 contributionsUnforgettable walk on TinharéI have been literally thrilled to spend two wonderful days with Mario exploring the incredible Island of Tinharé. The tour was excellent, the nature so generous and lush offers here a real opportunity to revitalize and to marvel. I was amazed all day long. There is so much to discover and experience on this little paradise! From the clay beach to the fresh waterfall by the way of snorkeling in the warm natural pools, not forgetting local remarkable fauna and dreamy sunsets... A delight for both body and soul. What's more, Mario is a very good guide. He knows perfectly the island and gives all along the way precious informations about the wild life that we get the chance to get immerse ourselves in. His good energy and love of life makes the adventure even more fun and joyful! The organisation was very fluid, he knows how to arrange things precisely so people can really make the most of their time with him and enjoy every single moment with lovely little details: that coconut on the beach after having crossed the forest tasted like heaven!! So if you are planning a trip to Tinharé, I can't recommend strongly enough to book a walk with him to benefit from this high quality service. Thank you so much Mario for sharing your experience and to pass on your love of nature and such positive and vibrant energy!Written February 28, 2020
- Barberella100 contributionsA fantastic trip!!My husband and I were staying on Morro de Sao Paulo for 5 nights and wanted to see as much of the Island as we could. Mario was the perfect tour guide, his knowledge of the island and its history was very impressive and we were so happy to have an English speaking guide to get the most of the trip (and of course make sure we understood all the safety instructions for the boat!). The tour was the best part of our visit and we recommend Mario and Ecomorro to anyone visiting.Written October 22, 2019

Morro de San Pablo is a really recommended place!!! Beautiful beaches, without pollution (no vehicles circulate), total security day and night, you only have to worry about choosing which beach to go to, where to eat (many options), what walk to do or a walk to take. Beautiful place if there is one!!!

We wanted to see more of the island than just Morro de Sao Paulo. It was a very relaxed and informative walk with Jose to Gamboa and the waterfall. Mud bath. Delicious lunch in Gamboa. Beautiful views from higher parts of the island.

Great trail! The path is beautiful and shows part of Morro that we would never know existed if it weren't for her. Bathing in the sky fountain is invigorating, like a massage. Every step taken is worth it.
