Big game fishing trip. Fantastic skipper and crew, who made sure we had every chance to catch some game fish. Despite a fairly big swell (10 ft ish) our skipper kept us amongst the fish for the majority of our six hour trip. We saw a couple of big fish leaping, but couldn't quite entice them to take the bait! Eleven Skipjack Tuna (plus two that got away!) between the three of us was great fun though! If you want a days fishing, this is the team for you.

Had a fantastic day in Vilamoura on the Dolphin watching and Cave tour. Our 2 guides were very knowledgeable and friendly and we were lucky to see a pod of dolphins very close to the boat .

We were completely missold our trip by two representatives. We wanted to do the 'dolpin safari' and were advised there would be at most 12 guests on the boat and we would go to one cave (which was fine as we wanted to tour the caves seperately) but the trip was focused on finding dolphins. We were really clear on this and checked with the rep at the office and again on the phone before we booked. Upon arrival we got on a boat with around 30 other people, I queried with a staff member who just dismissed me and told me to speak to the office when we returned. Of the 2 hour trip around 1.5 hours was spent on the coast and caves, we travelled close to the coast right the way to the Benagli caves which took 90 mins to get to with around 3 stops prior to getting there. At each stop, because the boat was so big, you do not get a good view when in transit or when you stop. We have done boat trips before and knew that would be the case hence asking so many times about the size of the boat. Then we simply went back to the marina but further out to sea, I could see this on our phones, it took around 20-30 minutes (which was just the way back) 'looking' for dolphins - we obviously didnt see any. We saw other boats go past us, going further out to sea with tour logos on. The trip itself wasn't the best and half the people on the boat fell asleep at points. We raised our disappointment after the trip but again we were dismissed. The lady who said she was the manager was very rude and essentially said we didn't have the conversations with her colleagues. We would have no problem if we searched for at least 50% of the time for dolphins but it wasn't even close to that, our daughter was massively disappointed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY USING THIS BUSINESS!

My daughter and I went Paragliding and Jet skiing while we stayed in Vilamoura. They have fantastic team of staff willing to help at all times.

Great trip, very punctual. The boat was a BEAST and great fun. We spotted both Common Dolphins and Bottlenose Dolphins and spent 10-15 min with each. We were a bit tight for time after that so the caves and coastline tour was a bit whistle-stop but we got a good feel for another couple of beaches and towns to visit! We are a family of 5 with boys aged 16, 13 and 10 and it was the highlight of the holiday for all of us!

We booked the dolphin spotting tour which I've done before so know what to expect. The day before the trip I received a what's app message asking me to move to an earlier time of 9.15 for the tour, which I agreed to. When we arrived there was a board saying '9.15 benagil cave tour'. I asked if this was the dolphin tour and was told it was. Once on the boat we travelled close to the shore and were given information about the caves. When I've done dolphin spotting trips before, you head far out to sea- not along the coastline. We did go into the Benagil cave which was nice but I booked this to do the dolphin tour. On return to the marina we travelled quite fast and a little further out to sea, but not far out enough to see dolphins which you would if you were going to look for them. Clearly they had not got enough people for the cave and dolphin trip separately so they merged the trips. I have heard of this happening before, so beware. I contacted the company afterwards to express my disappointment and was told dolphins are wild animals and seeing them is not guaranteed. I am not stupid. I know this. I also know that if the primary purpose of the trip is to see dolphins you take a different route on the boat, not one along the shore.

Great jet ski. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Kids ages 12 and 14 loved the experience. Will definitely return.

We went on the Scream Machine. Nobody could see because of the water splashing in our eyes - please provide goggles. It was very uncomfortable. The tour providers obviously don't care. The boat itself was a heap of junk and didn't go that fast. Daylight robbery at €40 per person.

After visiting more than a year ago, we returned and we came straight to these folks! They really are the best company to go with anywhere in the Algarve. We did another Benagil caves tour with them and we also did some more parasailing. They took such good care of us. They have some amazing captains that were able to go all the way into the caves, and they made parasailing so easy. We love their boats as well... I wish we had such great tour operators at home in Florida where we live. You really won't regret working with Milly. We even had some friends coming to visit and bought them a tour ahead of time. Can't wait for our next visit!

Soo funny Dolphin with the show: Dolphin watching and Cave Tour from Vilamoura at Portugal - Dolphins show were so funny!! A great tour guided was so protected and excellent to drive! Going to the point.and so close to a beauriful cave and dolphins along side of the boat while riding! An experienced of 2 hours trip: so very funny Dolphins show thier crazy showing by tje tourist. Super parasailing ! An experience of a life time ! Would definitely do it again, thank you to the team and the professionals on the boat

We went on the Majestic adventure to the Benagil caves and it was spectacular, the staff were super Nice and very knowledgable

Absolutely terrible. The worst 2.5 hours I've ever experienced and genuinely feared for the safety and wellbeing of my family. I have been in communication with the team to try and notify them of the complete neglect to safety that we experienced, but have sadly and disappointingly been met with the same repeated phrases that 'they prioritise safety of their customers above all else' (quite frankly I feel like I'm speaking with a bot). Key points: ***FAILURE TO ADVISE APPROPRIATELY*** We were told that the tour was fine and suitable for young children and babies, it absolutely is not. ***DISMISSED WEATHER REPORTS*** Other boat operators pulled their tours that day due to poor conditions, this company either ignored them (which is shocking), or if the reports were changing so suddenly, took the risk of still going out. However, within about 5 mints of the boat it was clear that the conditions were awful and they should have made the decision to turn around. ***NEGLECTED STANDARD SAFETY PROTOCOLS*** My 10 month old baby was not provided with a life vest, thankfully I was wearing a baby carrier (which they did not suggest I do so this was sheer luck). There was no safety briefing. There were no seatbelts or proper way to secure anyone. We were all lifted off our seats many times and the small children in our group had to be locked on our laps by us for fear of them going overboard. Elder member of our group had serious back pain after the 'tour'. One man on our boat fell and looked seriously injured ending up in hospital (see other review left about a week ago). ***REFUSAL TO ACCEPT ACCOUNTABILITY*** After several email communications with the team, they are refusing to acknowledge the above points. This is probably my main concern that others could be in danger. And to top it all off, we didn't even get to see the caves as the conditions were so bad we couldn't get close.

This trip was the most horrible experience of my life. The weather was bad the sea was rough, no seat belts or anything to secure with. The boat left the cave and built up so much speed so fast that both we left our seats and crashed back down as the boat hit a wave. My husband is a competent sailor and fell on the ground, they eventually stopped the boat, out us at the back where we endured over an hour of rough seas. My husband could not walk was taken by ambulance to the public hospital and had to be transferred to the private one for back surgery. My grandchildren were scared beyond belief and many of the other travellers have contacted us to say they would never get on any boat again after this absolutely dreadful experience. Do not go
