5 hours before departure they delayed the tour for an hour, this was no big problem for us. As we arrived we realized that they booked us onto a different tour which we hadn’t booked. Probably because the tour we booked wasn’t full. Another problem was that the new tour took 1 hour longer, for us this was not makeable any more because we had another appointment afterwards. We asked if there is a possible to change the date or become a voucher they just that said we shall be happy that we get 1 hour more for the same price. In the end we could not do the trip and had no money back. I find this very customer unfriendly.

Our family of two adults and two children (ages 9 and 4) booked a catamaran tour in Albufeira through “Get Your Guide.” It was absolutely amazing, with a beautiful coastline to enjoy on the catamaran. We arrived by rental car at Marina de Albufeira (address: Beco da Orada Apartado 2422, 8201-918 Albufeira, Portugal). The guided tour lasted 1.5 hours, with music onboard and the option to buy drinks. The crew was really friendly and helpful, sharing interesting information about the caves and Portugal's coastline. It isn’t allowed to stay longer than five minutes in Benagil Caves, so we only had time to look quickly and take a few photos, as there was a line for pictures. If you can take a kayak tour, it might be amazing to go inside the caves, but unfortunately, that wasn’t allowed with our 4-year-old. The tour guide explained that sometimes there are rockfalls, so it's unsafe to be there, and swimming or staying inside isn’t always permitted. It was definitely worth it, and the highlight of our trip was when the captain gave our son a chance to try steering the catamaran. We enjoyed the trip so much, and the April weather was also very comfortable.

Fantastic day out - a must do activity. We had amazing weather which was a plus but such a fun boat trip with amazing stops to explore the cliffs & caves along the way. Such a friendly and informative staff. 10/10 recommend.

We paid 42 euros each and were really disappointed with the benagil cave tour. No prior warning of how rough the sea was and that we would get wet! We saw no dolphins, we did not enter any caves and the journey back was horrendous! All travellers were covered in water and all of our belongings too. I think we should have been told prior to boarding the boat about the conditions out at sea and offered another day.

Big game fishing trip. Fantastic skipper and crew, who made sure we had every chance to catch some game fish. Despite a fairly big swell (10 ft ish) our skipper kept us amongst the fish for the majority of our six hour trip. We saw a couple of big fish leaping, but couldn't quite entice them to take the bait! Eleven Skipjack Tuna (plus two that got away!) between the three of us was great fun though! If you want a days fishing, this is the team for you.

really good trip to the banagil caves , saw a pod of dolphins which was nt guarnteed but the tour guide knew where to look , really informative tour , would recomend.

Had a fantastic day in Vilamoura on the Dolphin watching and Cave tour. Our 2 guides were very knowledgeable and friendly and we were lucky to see a pod of dolphins very close to the boat .

We were completely missold our trip by two representatives. We wanted to do the 'dolpin safari' and were advised there would be at most 12 guests on the boat and we would go to one cave (which was fine as we wanted to tour the caves seperately) but the trip was focused on finding dolphins. We were really clear on this and checked with the rep at the office and again on the phone before we booked. Upon arrival we got on a boat with around 30 other people, I queried with a staff member who just dismissed me and told me to speak to the office when we returned. Of the 2 hour trip around 1.5 hours was spent on the coast and caves, we travelled close to the coast right the way to the Benagli caves which took 90 mins to get to with around 3 stops prior to getting there. At each stop, because the boat was so big, you do not get a good view when in transit or when you stop. We have done boat trips before and knew that would be the case hence asking so many times about the size of the boat. Then we simply went back to the marina but further out to sea, I could see this on our phones, it took around 20-30 minutes (which was just the way back) 'looking' for dolphins - we obviously didnt see any. We saw other boats go past us, going further out to sea with tour logos on. The trip itself wasn't the best and half the people on the boat fell asleep at points. We raised our disappointment after the trip but again we were dismissed. The lady who said she was the manager was very rude and essentially said we didn't have the conversations with her colleagues. We would have no problem if we searched for at least 50% of the time for dolphins but it wasn't even close to that, our daughter was massively disappointed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY USING THIS BUSINESS!

My daughter and I went Paragliding and Jet skiing while we stayed in Vilamoura. They have fantastic team of staff willing to help at all times.

Amazing trip booked on line, the time of the booking was pushed back due to fueling earlier on which had an impact on the rest of the bookings but the lady’s at the office contacted us by text. The booking office is at the marina and easy to find it’s after the restaurants in a corner. The staff were very friendly in the office and let me leave my bag as I didn’t want it getting splashed not that we got splashed and they did advise we wouldn’t get wet. The boat driver and colleague both very friendly and fun the water was choppy but the boat just flies across it it’s good fun. We saw dolphins wow there was loads of them playing next to the boat we were so lucky as was not expecting to see them. It made our day we loved seeing them as did everyone else on the trip. We then reached the caves they are beautiful the boat took us right up to them there was loads. We came back along the coastline with being informed what the beaches were all called. Definitely recommend this trip felt safe we were given life jackets. Very well organised and would do it again. Thank you

We booked this activity the day before and even confirmed over the phone on the day of the trip after wiring payment. After making the effort to walk all the way there with two young kids in tow, we were told the boat trip had been cancelled!(not because of weather, just because they over booked people and didn’t tell us when we tried to confirm over the phone) Completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. The customer service was terrible—definitely not worth your time!

Great trip, very punctual. The boat was a BEAST and great fun. We spotted both Common Dolphins and Bottlenose Dolphins and spent 10-15 min with each. We were a bit tight for time after that so the caves and coastline tour was a bit whistle-stop but we got a good feel for another couple of beaches and towns to visit! We are a family of 5 with boys aged 16, 13 and 10 and it was the highlight of the holiday for all of us!

We booked the dolphin spotting tour which I've done before so know what to expect. The day before the trip I received a what's app message asking me to move to an earlier time of 9.15 for the tour, which I agreed to. When we arrived there was a board saying '9.15 benagil cave tour'. I asked if this was the dolphin tour and was told it was. Once on the boat we travelled close to the shore and were given information about the caves. When I've done dolphin spotting trips before, you head far out to sea- not along the coastline. We did go into the Benagil cave which was nice but I booked this to do the dolphin tour. On return to the marina we travelled quite fast and a little further out to sea, but not far out enough to see dolphins which you would if you were going to look for them. Clearly they had not got enough people for the cave and dolphin trip separately so they merged the trips. I have heard of this happening before, so beware. I contacted the company afterwards to express my disappointment and was told dolphins are wild animals and seeing them is not guaranteed. I am not stupid. I know this. I also know that if the primary purpose of the trip is to see dolphins you take a different route on the boat, not one along the shore.
