This was a dream Vacation on shoe string budget. Don’t bother with tours. The train takes you to Lake Como, cinque Terre. Etc. I stayed at a hotel on top of the mountain which was reasonable, clean and people were kind.

The Bus in Camogli takes you everywhere you wish to go. Buy an unlimited pass for 22€. Buy a return train ticket with ferry included to Bellagio for 25€. If I had my family with me , I would have rented s 2 Br apt. for 500€ per week.

The food In Camogli was amazing, generous and delicious. The famous Recco Fromaggio Foccacia can be found here.

Go. Enjoy. Be sure to take Flipflops or beach shoes so you can walk on the beach.
The Stones hurt but the Sea is gorgeous.

Be sure to visit this spectacularly beautiful place.

Love the city it is very lovely and quiet. We were very lucky to be there in June with very little tourist. The weather was perfect and lots of great restaurants to choice from.
