Discover both the Big Island's beauty and its volcanic fury. Experience all the awesome spectacle of Madame Pele's lava and volcanic badlands, then explore lush rainforests and the Hamakua Coast. Finally, the deep and immense tropical valleys of the Kohala Mountains, with dozens of cascading waterfalls, provide the perfect finish to the ultimate Big Island adventure. (see tour options ECO-Star and A-Star)

EcoStar: Individual First-Class seats, 23% more interior space, over 60 sq. ft. of viewing glass, high-tech Fenestron instead of tail rotor for greatly increased smoothness, raised "theater-style" platform in the rear, a more powerful yet more fuel-efficient engine that delivers fast flight and thus more sightseeing value.

A-Star: The industry-standard A-Star offers a great flight in a compact cabin, with bench-style seating and good visibility through over 50 sq. ft. of viewing glass. Most important, our A-Stars are flown by Blue Hawaiian's pilots and maintained by Blue Hawaiian's technicians, the best in the business.

2nd or 3rd time with them

We have enjoyed Blue Hawaiian one or two times before, which prompted us to come back to them. With the volcano actively flowing, we couldn't pass a chance to see this. Sean our pilot was great, the volcano amazing. Go! Go! Don't pass this up.

Great flight

We had a great flight. Toshi was the best pilot we've had, and we've done several around the islands. We included the waterfall stop which was very cool too.

Awesome view of Volcano

Spectacular tour. The best thing that you will do on the Big Island. The pilots are the most professional out of all the helicopter companies on the island. Don't miss this tour, you will regret it

Two hours, and a very enjoyable two hours. A little expensive, but to us, it was well worth the money. Enjoy.
