The Rafting was a fantastic experience. We felt very safe throughout with our two guides. Hector explained all the details well and we did some drills before we began our descent. You need only bring a swimsuit and a towel as they provide the wetsuits, lifejackets, booties and helmets. We saw parts of the river gorge than few people will ever get to see. Waterfalls, a fossil, fabulous rock formations. The white water was exciting without being worrying. The guide in the canoe took great photos which we were able to purchase later and they were very professional. We stayed in the "Glamping" campsite. We had a wonderful meal in the Agro-Tourismo restaurant as recommended by Lara at the reception desk at River Tribe. There was a LOT of delicious local food. The glamping beds were good and there was space enough to stand up in the tents. We had a simple breakfast of coffee and pastry the next morning at the little cafe on the site and then went canyoning with a different guide. That too was really exciting and interesting. After two days of activities, we were tired but very pleased that we had stopped in Polino National Park, which is the most incredibly unspoilt area. Well done River Tribe. We would love to come back during the winter season and go snow hiking. Next time!

We love this place! We spend the whole day at River tribe. Everyone was so nice and relaxed. After walking in the river next to the tents and playing volleyball, we went on the canyoning rafting tour and it was beautiful and so much fun. One of the best days ever. There were so many great surprises on the way. Afterwards we sat by the fire and had a beer. A perfect day!

Wow.. I was quite anxious before this experience but the staff were unbelievably patient, reassuring and had so much expertise. I was worried about my family not understanding as they didn’t speak Italian but they organised themselves so that we had Hector who spoke English. He was a great character and kept us entertained. He explained how to keep ourselves safe on the water and told us all about the history of the canyon as we went down the many kilometres. We drove two hours from the south of Campagna to get here and I’m really glad we did. My teenage daughter and the whole family loved it! There were two short parts that they made us walk for safety but I really appreciated this, it’s not worth the risk! Also, there was fun to be had on these short walks like jumping in a deep pool and we also walked under a crazy waterfall. There was also a photographer in a kayak the whole time who took lots of photos that you could the whole lot for 10E at the end! Recommended for a memorable and unique experience in the south of a Italy :)

Highly recommend. Spent a day camping and the did rafting in the canyon the next day. Great adventure and a wonderful experience. The canyon as well as the campsite were breathtakingly beautiful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Special mention goes to Guiseppe (Bik) - our instructor during the rafting - who made everyone feel at ease during the rafting.

The best activity to do on a rainy day in may (or sunny if you’re lucky!) the trip was incredibly fun and the guides were very knowledgable (excellent English also). Post shower facilities were wonderful with hot water - very clean and well kept. I felt very safe and comfortable throughout and most of all had a permanent smile with all the wonderful views!

This was great fun. Beautiful narrow canyon with lots of rapids. Lovely friendly company. Experienced helmsmen, we had Sohan whom we rated highly. Well organised throughout. 10/10.

This was a great experince. We never tried rafting before but the RiverTribe people were very professional and everything felt very safe. The equipment was in very good condition. Our coach in the raft spoke very good english and was easy to understand. We are a family of four aged 19-54 and we all felt safe and happy There were more challenging passages and also more quiet passages. We did not realize beforehand how extremely beautifull the gorge is, so besides from fun and a little adrenalin You get a very nice nature experience. We can only recommend this tribe of great young people doing their best to give You a good day

That was really unique experience of River walk, I’ve never did something like that before. It is so meditative and joyful at the same time. thank you very much, Antonio, for attention to each and every of us. And trust exercise became unforgettable memory for our team. Rafting was safe and funny. This experience was a stunning piece of our Yoga Retreat. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended. This was an amazing experience, first we walked in the river and floated along with the natural current, exploring the beautiful scenery. Our host Antonio led a fun group activity for us and then we went rafting! It was exciting and relaxing at the same time 😊All of the staff are lovely and helpful. I would definitely do this again! We had a river walking and rafting fun trip with Antonio, Veronica and Pelado in June which was extremely interesting. Lots of joy, curiosity and warm vibes from the team and obviously picturesque views of the Lao River have made this experience memorable. The Trive base is also very attractive, with a swimming pool, hammocks and a camping space. We were welcomed and treated with kindness, attention and generosity - highly recommended!
