We had a wonderful morning sea-kayaking. Our guide Luca was excellent, he was very entertaining, personable and had lots of knowledge of the area. He made sure that he kept at the pace of the group and was always available to ask questions/chat to. It was the perfect balance of kayaking and exploring the beautiful island/snorkelling. We were provided with snorkelling equipment and waterproof barrels to keep our phones etc in so we could take pictures whenever we wanted to. We were also given bottled water and a fruit snack. The cold water challenge was funny and we were rewarded with a nice cold beer when we got back to Srebreno! Tomislav was extremely helpful when booking the tour and was very considerate of the weather etc to ensure we would have the best possible experience. Because it's a smaller business than some of the bigger companies in Dubrovnik city, it felt more personalised and relaxed. There was only one other family of 3 and then us (2) which made it feel very bespoke. Would 100% recommend

We had a wonderful sunset sea kayaking experience. A great way to cool off despite the rowing.
We had double kayaks and our 8 year old sat in the middle for the ride!
There is room to fit all your towels and cameras in water tight barrels on the kayaks and the guide Luca, was great.
We all managed the river challenge - was v impressed with our 8 year old! Anything for an ice cream!
A great way to see the coast from Srebreno and a local island.

We had a fantastic morning on the River Challenge Island Kayaking tour with Silverland. Tomislav was a great guide giving us tips and encouragement on the 5 mile trip. Start off Kayaking along the coast to Robinson’s beach for a 1 minute cold water challenge to earn a beer or ice cream (optional). Next we headed out to Supetar island for some free time to sunbathe or snorkel before returning to Srebreno beach. Highly recommended.

The whole trip was super. Me, my wife and our two kids Thijs and Lucas want to thank Tom for this great experience. The kayaking, the cold river endurance😁, the relaxed guiding of Tom and his nice talks and tips.... It was a beautiful. Thanks for that Tom!! We truly hope that this Corona threat will fade away so more people will find their way to your kayaks. Greetings, Peter

Everywhere you go in and around Dubrovnik you see groups of kayaks gliding through the blue sea headed out to explore the coastline. We thought this would be a good activity to do as a family to entertain the kids, get some exercise and try something new whilst enjoying the stunning surroundings of this area of Croatia. After doing a little research, I stumbled across Silverland Sea Kayaking so we decided to do a little rekkie and visit Srebreno beach and see what we thought. Firstly, it was a nice beach and small promenade with a couple of restaurants and a convenient car park just up the street. Just past the restaurants is where we found Silverland. A very polite and helpful young man was there and talked us through the options they offer. The most attractive point was that they work with small groups of no more than 10 people unlike most of the other groups we’d seen going out. Perfect for our family of 6 as we could go in 3 double kayaks and wouldn’t have many other people to contend with! We decided to book for 2 days time and paid a small deposit to secure our spot. We arrived at 9am on the day and were met by the same man who introduced himself but I can’t remember his real name! He said no one could pronounce it anyway so to call him Henry. There was quite a wind blowing and he apologised and told us that it was due to calm down within the hour and to wait would be better. We decided to go for a coffee and the youngest 2 kids played happily in the sea. By about 9:45, the wind had calmed down and the sea was much less choppy so we all loaded into our kayaks and headed out! It was great as we were the only ones. Henry was fantastic! Very patient with our grumpy teenager (13) as she was struggling in a boat with her grandmother. They were getting left behind a bit and he stayed with them and kept giving them instructions. I had our 11 year old and my husband had our 12 year old. Because it was slow going, Henry discussed with us that he thought it would be more enjoyable to miss out the river challenge and just go to the island. We agreed with him and headed there. Grumpy teen and Nanny we’re still struggling so he attached a tow rope and helped them along a bit! The island was lovely. We ate our sandwiches and fruit that Henry had prepared and spent an hour or so snorkelling with the many fish there. My husband went and got some chips at the restaurant too. When it was time to go, we rearranged the kayaks for the race challenge back to shore. The husband took Nanny, I had our 12 year old daughter and we risked putting grumpy teen girl with little brother. Well, it’s amazing what a little competition can do to competitive kids! Grumpy teen took charge of her kayak and shot off ahead! 40 minutes of hard paddling later, her boat was victorious and she and little brother were revelling in their victory!! Henry gave them a voucher for a free drink each. Not only that, but because our trip had changed midway through, he didn’t charge us for the half day but only for the island trip which was fantastic customer service in our books. He really was an excellent guide! We’d thoroughly recommend this company and would absolutely use them again if we ever come back to the area. One of our highlights of this holiday!

Booked kayaking tour the day before and we were off at 9am the next morning, with Bojan, our guide, and 7 other people for a 10k trip. Took 4 hours in total. Sea was like a millpond. Views just incredible. First went along coast to beautiful, secluded beach and river challenge, which was great fun, then across to Supetar to snorkel/cafe. Then back to base. We managed the trip well, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Pace was good for all in the group. Bojan made sure we stuck together and told some history etc.. he was a charming and friendly guide who we liked a lot. Were given a sandwich, fruit and water. We all agreed this was the best thing we did during our week in Croatia. Strongly recommend!

Had a fantastic kayaking tour with Luka-went to a secluded beach and and island where we could snorkel and explore. He was lovely and told us the local history of the areas we visited. Be warned though-only for the strong stomached as on a windy day it can make you feel quite sea sick!

Avoid the traffic jams near Lokrum island. Rent a kayak from Silverland Sea Kayaking on Srebreno Beach in Mlini and paddle out to Otok Bobara and Supetar Islands. We were staying at the nearby Sheraton, after four days in Dubrovnik, and were looking for a low key half day on the bay. We easily rented two single sit-on-top kayaks from their small storefront, a few hundred meters down the boardwalk, and paddled out to the three islands. In the distance you could see the Ploce Gate side of Stari Grad as well as stop at one of the islands for a beer. They also rent double kayaks as well as running what seems to be very approachable half day tours. A nice break from the hectic activity of Stari Grad.

This is a great way to explore the Srebreno coastline and surrounding islands. Our guide Luca was very informative about some of Croatia’s history and legends. We kayaked to the nearby island of Supetar, where we enjoyed a well earned rest & lunch which was provided. We had enough time to check out the island’s only bar as well as a swim and snorkel, before heading back to the coast.
Luca was very attentive and looked after us throughout the trip, we were very lucky to have a great group, would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic day sea-kayaking with Tom. It's great value for money. We were out for nearly 4 hours (although that might have been caused by the extra beer!) including an island tour and we loved the cold river challenge. Lunch provided was great too and we learned lots about the islands/history of the area. Thanks Tom - hopefully we'll be back soon!
