A big French mess! Some ground staff do not understand English. Avoid this hub. Dont be surprised if the bus driver gives you an tour around the airport instead from terminal to terminal. We missed our connection due lack of English spoken ground staff.

Our driver was waiting as we departed customs and took charge of our bags. After a short walk we were loaded in a comfortable car (Lexus, not a Mercedes as advertised) and off to the hotel. Very nice driver that spoke excellent English and give interesting narrative of the city as we approached. Overall, quick and efficient.

I actually tried to use this service in May 2023. I don’t usually write reviews but I’m going back to Paris this May, and my memory has been refreshed as I pick another company! Long story short….they NEVER ARRIVED to pick me up. Despite the multiple co formations before departure & at the departing airport 15 hrs prior. Including with Viator!

We booked Comfort Cars as we were arriving late in to Charles De Gaulle and wanted a direct transfer to our hotel. Driver was there for us, although the sign on his tablet had gone dark! We arrived at our hotel safely and were picked up promptly to return to the airport on the day of departure. Driver couldn’t speak English but seemed nice and communicated with us via Google translate. All in all, can’t complain! Thank you Comfort Cars.

After 13 hours of intercontinental flight, we face baggage control at Charles de Gaulle. Really rude staff. We don't speak French and we are scolded for not understanding some commands in incomprehensible English. Next time we'll stop somewhere else!

everything was impeccable from the driver when we arrived at the airport to my hotel in this magnificent city of Paris the driver kadid was very nice he carried all our suitcases and refused that I help him a real gentleman

no show no call it’s that simple. i called them twice. first call hey i'm here i don’t see anyone with sign im in the luggage area. ok i’ll wait a little bit longer my kid will go to restroom he came back and still the driver didn’t show up. called them again Yo where is the driver? same lady answered the first call saying he left because he waited to long?! really now. i was so focused on this mysterious driver holding the sign with my name on it to show up. but it is easy for the customer service representative to claim that they have DOCUMENTED that he was there. again REALLY NOW. how you are going to document that?! i like to see the driver in the baggage/ taxi holding the sign with my name on it? just because we’re visitors doesn’t mean we’re idiots. we can smell BS from a mile away and this is a total Bull S

Very nice driver took our family of four from CDG to central Paris hotel. Clean Mercedes van and short walk from post baggage reception. Easy booking by and experience.

When we arrived driver was not at arrivals but texted us about 5 minutes later while we were searching for a number to call. We wanted to change our pick up time from noon to 11:00 am and I was waiting on hold for about 25 minutes. Communication is horrible, but both rides were god. I wouldn’t use them again.

I purchased a car transfer for my college age daughter and her friend from Paris ORY airport to their hotel in Paris. As promised the driver was waiting just outside the arrivals area for the girls. It brings me comfort to know this company did as contracted to do. My daughter said the driver was amazing, on time and professional. Thank you from this nervous mom in the US.

We took a number of tours while in France - most of them marvelous experiences with excellent tour guides. Chartes Cathederal is amazing, beautiful and so much history, but our tour guide was much more interested in traffic and getting back to Paris than our experience at Chartres. It started when he picked us up. He was upset that we hadn't signed up for the 9:30 tour since the 11 is supposedly reserved for families with small children. Where is that info in tripadvisor? The guide was knowledgeable but very patronizing. He rushed us thru the tour and skipped over portions. I had to actually ask to see the main altar, the side chapel, and the front entrance of the church (yes some construction but you could still walk by the front of church). I was expecting to have lunch at Chartres, but we got a 5-minute coffee. This was an expensive tour that was very disappointing. I spent $1,100 for 3 people plus had to tip both guide and his driver. I expected a better experience. Also guide used laser pointer than annoyingly shows up in some of our photos. I highly recommend going to Chartes, but definitely use a different service.

I used this service for my family of 6 to be transported from CDG to our hotel along Champs-Elysees. We easily found the driver, the van was big enough for all of us and our luggage, and the service was great. The driver helped put our luggage into the van, and he helped take them out of the van at our destination. We didn't have any issues going through French customs, but if we had, then I could have contacted the company to let the driver know.

Save your money and disappointment friends. I arranged airport pickup on 6/12/24 from CDG airport as a treat for my mother and I for our Paris trip. Knowing that we had a long flight to Paris and had read stories about taxi nightmares, I booked the airport transfer. When we arrived, we found our driver who never said a word to us. He took us through to airport to his car. When I say his car, I mean his car. Complete with service light flashing on his dashboard! Definitely not a Mercedes, definitely not an English speaking driver (let alone speaking at all) no”scenic ride through city, hearing driver’s tips and recommendations with bottled water as you go”. People this was a cab ride! It also costs 2 times what a cab would cost you. The most disappointing part of my trip and definitely embarrassing for me as this was for my mom. Lesson learned.

The pick-up service at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport was excellent. Karim, the driver, sent me a WhatsApp message to touch base prior to my flight which was very reassuring. The moment my flight landed, he had already been in touch via WhatsApp, to advise me that he would be waiting holding a placard with my name right immediately outside the exit of the Customs section after collecting my baggage - it was impossible to miss him. He took my suitcase and led me to his car, which was in excellent condition and very comfortable, and well stocked with bottles of mineral water for drinking. He was very polite and amiable throughout the ride from the airport to my hotel in the city centre, which made my arrival in Paris a very pleasant one indeed.

Rather than an Uber or taxi, we hired S.A.R.L through Trip Advisor. We had used Uber when we arrived in Paris and the experience was not good. The private livery service was on time, clean, professional, plenty of room for our luggage and fast. I will definitely use this service the next time I visit Paris for arrival and departure!
