Great guide who was knowledgeable and gave us a beautiful tour of the green island in the Calanques. We were hoping to see more and go further into the national park so next time we will just hire Kayak’s and explore the different Calanques on our own timeline and more in depth as with this experience you will only visit the green island.

Such a great few hours. Lovely group, great guide and had lots of fun. Saw some gorgeous sites and stopped at caves and a lovely spot for a swim. Really cool experience.

Tour operator changed our booking time from afternoon to morning which meant we could not attend. We were assured they would organise a full refund but we have heard nothing and no refund has been provided.

I unfortunately could go in this trip because of the high winds. The expenature team contacted me 2 days in advance and offered a refund. I can highly recommend them. They are professional and helpful. Next time we are visiting Marseille, we will take a trip with them. I was worth my 3 children (8,10,12) and they would have accommodate us. We enjoyed the kayak tour. We needed to end a little earlier because we had to make it back to our cruise ship and they were very accommodating. They ended up starting early and ending early for us which worked out great! They were helpful with the older people in our group. I wish they had maybe told us more about the area we were seeing, but overall we were still very glad we did the tour. Thank you all!

We took a break from the normal port activities on a cruise that stopped in Marseille and decided to give spelunking a try. We were able to get a cab from the port and with a little help, we located in guide on the roadside. We coordinated to have the same cab driver pick us up since the spot is off the beaten path. The tour was amazing and our guide Romi was very knowledgeable and professional. There are a few tight spots, but they lead to larger openings. The payoff is at the end and worth the darkness (you have headlamps). Take a break from the traditional and have an adventure!

A fun afternoon for everyone. Thomas our guide was great. He had extensive knowledge of the area and pointed out highlights as we paddled. We had a wonderful afternoon tour in the Baie de la Ciotat and over to the island.

I went on this tour as a family of 4, with two children (age 8 and 9). Loïc was a great guide and really patient with my son who was scared of lowering down the rope. The views were spectacular. Great tour, great guide! I would have loved for the tour to be a bit longer, but it was enough my children. I can recommend this 100%

Rented a kayak for 3 hours off season and had a great time exploring the nearby calanques and the Ile Verte. Expenature sent a very useful packing list for a kayak trip which helped me get organised, and Romy was excellent to explain the surroundings and ensuring safety at sea. Great tips from him, and great service even though I returned the kayak late cos I was having such a great time. Will definitely come back for another kayak adventure.

Fabulous morning kayaking to the L’Ile Verte in the Calenques off La Ciotat. Beautiful views around the cliffs and headland and fun times kayaking into some of the caves. Our guide, Marceille, was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable, providing lots of interesting stories and facts. She was also very patient and encouraging with my 16 year old daughter and I who were on our first kayak trip. I would like to have gone further into Les Calenques towards Cassis however time was limited but the trip around L’Ile Verte was certainly worthwhile. Merci bien!

We went as a family with 3 kids: ages 12, 15, 16. The company reached out to us a few days in advance to let us know that the weather forecast for the day we had booked was not looking good so they offered us a different date at no extra charge. They even coordinated with our other planned activities so it would work with our schedule. Raphaelle made sure we were all safe and having a good time. She knew a lot about the area and gave us time to explore the caves and nooks and crannies. She took all the stress out of travel with teens and made sure everyone was accommodated. We had a wonderful time. We are a family with 3 children- 6,12 and 14. Our guide was brilliant. Her knowledge was amazing and she managed it in English and French for our linguistically mixed family. We will go back for other trips - we felt very safe and looked after. Thoroughly recommend!
