Rocco and Carla made the experience incredible, from their homemade wine and delicious appetizers to the fantastic pasta and dessert cooking class from Carla. We learned so much and enjoyed talking about the local culture and how it is to live on the Amalfi Coast. They give you options on what you want to cook for pastas and sauces. It is vegetarian friendly.

What a great experience! My friend and I had so much fun during our time with Carla and Rocco as well as the other families/couples that were there. We learned so much about the culture and how to prepare different types of pasta/desserts. Would highly recommend this experience during your time in Italy!

Amazing class with Rocco and Carla! They make you feel at home. Our favourite part of the class was how authentic it is, the ingredients are fresh and collected from their garden - plus, the view from their terrace is insane. Without doubt a priceless experience.

I have done a few cooking schools across the world, and this one was one of my absolute favorites! Very instructive, so much so that we were able to recreate the recipes on returning home at a fairly high level. Highly recommend this class, you will learn a lot and have a great time doing it! Carmen and her team are amazing!

After having many dishes of pasta throughout Italy, my favorite was the fresh pasta we made with Carla. She taught how to make long and short pasta and made a seasonal simple sauce with veggies. My absolute new favorite recipe that I will use at home. I love what they are doing with their business and very lucky to have experience their culture and tasted their family recipes. Our group of four (moms and our adult daughters) was amazing! Rocco and Carla made us feel like family. We sat under their covered patio looking out over the Mediterranean. Their home is right next door and the land around includes olive trees, orange trees, and grapevines. Everything we were served was fresh, delicious and homemade from the wine to the marmalade to the olive oil! Great instruction and we are excited to put all we learned into practice. Highly recommend!

The evening spent with Rocco and Carla was incredible. It was as though we were long lost friends just sharing a meal together! Their property is filled with generations of trees and gardens. Carla was truly the most amazing host who taught us so much about preparing pasta. We shared stories and laughed for 3 hours while enjoying the most amazing meal and wine! This experience should not be missed! We feel honored to have had the opportunity to share the evening with them.

My husband and I did the cooking class this week. We had a good time overall but did not feel it was our favorite experience. It seems from other reviews that Carla and Rocco did the class together but for us it was just with Carla. She made many comments about how tired she was and had been working all day and made some comments about us having to get finished so she could rest. It was a bit off putting, especially since we spent a good amount of money to be there. Other than that, Carla was very knowledgeable and helpful in learning how to make pasta . It was not alot of food though, so we were a bit hungry after returning back to our hotel after. The only other thing is that there should be more detailed information about getting to the class, as Google maps brought us to a completely wrong place and required us to climb multiple flights of stairs unnecessarily. We were tired and sweaty when we arrived which was not an ideal start. Overall, it was a great way to learn how to make pasta in a very quaint and authentic environment.

Our cooking experience was amazing thanks to Carla and Rocco. They welcome you into their wonderful outdoor kitchen and into their family. We made two types of pasta and a desert and sampled their homemade wines. The ingredients were from their own garden. If you are looking for a non-touristy experience - this is it! Perfecto!

Really enjoyed our time with Carla and Rocco. Very quaint location in their beautiful backyard with a large table for learning how to make fresh homemade pasta. Carla is a pro and guides us with ease through the steps. She is also a great cook and made us a delicious lunch with two types of pasta. Short pasta with a lemon zest and a long pasta with zucchini and onion. Both were extremely yummy. Loved our time with them and would visit again. Thank you for giving us a beautiful afternoon.

This cooking class was one of our favorite experiences over the course of our two week trip to Italy. Rocco and Carla are incredibly passionate about carrying on the tradition of authentic Italian cooking. I’ve taken a pasta making class before, but this one surpassed my expectations as we made everything from scratch, including shaping the pastas by hand rather than with a machine. The appetizers they served using fresh food from their gardens were delicious, as was the wine, which was ever-flowing, and the conversations we had with Rocco and Carla and the one other couple there, made the night full of learning, appreciation, and fun. Would definitely go back!!
