Chef Andrea was incredible! We were in Italy for 9 days and the cooking class with him is one of our top highlights for sure. Andrea was very talented but also patient with us to make sure that we had a chance to try to do everything and learn all the techniques. Andrea was so friendly and kind to invite us into his home and we cooked 3 pasta dishes AND a traditional cake for dessert. At the end of the night, he gave us a recipe book and we asked him to sign it - that's how much we loved it! We can't wait to visit again and hopefully see him at the restaurant that he works at full time during the busy season in Positano. Thank you Andrea for everything - we had a blast and would recommend this experience to anyone traveling to the Amalfi coast!

My family and I just came back from a week in Positano, and absolutely loved our cooking experience with Emily (Angela Barba)! Right from the beginning of our communications, she was helpful and friendly. Her home was clean and welcoming, her presentation was beautiful, her assistance with our culinary skills was fantastic, and the food we made was delicious!! It felt as though they were our family! Highly recommend! Bellissimo!
