This was the most amazing experience. The food is unlike anything I've ever tasted. So delicious and so plentiful. The wine was flowing. It was a very special class with so much warmth from the chef. Even the driver was warm and courteous. Highly recommend - you learn to cook multiple traditional dishes.

We are seasoned travellers, been around the world to many countries. When in Naples, we did our tour of the Amalfi coast with Francesco Buondonno. He is an exceptional tour guide, very mindful of our requirements and very resourceful in suggesting places that fit with our expectations. We would strongly recommend Francesco Buondonno.

Our driver was David and he was the best! He was professional, calm, and courteous. David picked us up on time and arrived safely to our locations. David made sure we had fun and recommended a lot of activities for us as a family. Our first experience was from Rome to Vico Equense. David immediately shook our hands, greeted us with a smile and got the WIFI set up in the van for our daughter so she could enjoy her movies. On our way to Vico Equense he recommended and coordinated a Pompeii tour stopped for refreshments and always had a pleasant conversation with us and patiently answered all our questions-we are an inquisitive bunch. My entire family was so impressed with the experience we re-booked with Good Heart Limos for an Amalfi all day tour! David was our driver again yay! He drove with care and made everyone feel comfortable. David recommended the most scenic and fantastic lunch for us, took us to see Positano and stopped at the best scenic views for pictures. The transactions were easy and communication was awesome! Thank you David and Thank you to Good Hearts.

I am very disappointed in this service for many reasons. The first reason is we chose this company as they indicated they were flexible in pick up time and would come and get us as scheduled at 7am. The day before, for some reason ( we believe it's because they had another pick up in Rome after us) they asked us to change to 6am pick up and used the excuse of weather and traffic. Absolutely not! When I submitted details for this transfer, we clearly said multiple times, we went with them because of 7am pick up and 1130 arrival at Rome airport the latest. This arrival time included the 3 hrs and 15 mins travel time but I also added time for traffic and weather. Although, there was an issue where we got locked inside the complex gates for 90 mins...they arrived at 645am (early) and we finally got out at 815am. Although this is not their fault, they charged us an extra 80 Euros for this delay even though we arrived 'as planned' at 1105am - in fact earlier. The driver was crazy hitting speeds of 150-160kms throughout on the highway. Their excuse for charging us was missing another transfer at Rome airport which we believe is BS as they arrived earlier than we all agreed! I do not recommend this company and I'm very upset they charged us this extra 80 Euros or 120$ cdn for something we had absolutely no control over!!!!

Easy 5 out of 5 for this company! From the first point of contact all the through our 4 day trip in Sorrento, they were nothing but professional. We used them many times to take us to restaurants and also for a day trip to Positano. Gennaro, our drive was incredibly professional and super informative about places to go and things to see while in Sorrento. He gave us his number and was always quick to respond. He made our time so much better. Can’t thank him enough. Please do yourselves a favor when using a transfer company and use Good Heart Limos and ask for Gennaro!! He’s the best out there

After searching thru many transportation options I chose Good Heart Limos and I am so glad I did!! The communication was top notch which made me so comfortable since I was juggling 7 ladies!! The driver Gennaro was AMAZING! So friendly,professional and clearly in great shape as he loaded SO many bags LOL I will be using Good Heart in the future as well as recommending them to anyone who needs transportation in Italy!

Raffaele was absolutely fantastic! What a beautiful tour. Highly recommend. Knowledgeable, professional and efficient. When you visit Naples and the Amalfi coast, there’s no better way to do it than this tour. Worth every penny and then some.

Gennaro was amazing and very knowledgeable. A great way to see the coast and Pompeii in one day if you are short on time on your trip.

We booked a cooking class at antico frantoio through the Habitat Eco Farm. We were welcomed by Mina, the queen of the restaurant with a bottle of prosecco. She gave us the course together with joker Claudio and sous-chef Daniela. They all loved food and cooking. It was a real passion. We saw that clearly. I was together with my boyfriend in the class and we got the best table in the restaurant with a view over Sorrento. The open kitchen was marvelous to see and everyone was so talented. First we got a demo of how Claudio makes his signature style pizza. Then we had a break where we could eat the pizza and drink prosecco. Third we made gnocchi, ravioli and eggplant parmigiana. This was a lot of fun! In our break they made us bruschetta. It was so good! Finally, we made tiramisu with limoncello. Mina showed us how limoncello was made. They have an amazing shop where you can buy oils, jams, graze, pasta etc. We loved it so much that we had it shipped to the Netherlands. After this, we had time to eat all we created. It was so good! And so much fun! 10 out of 10! Thank you Queen Mina, Joker Claudio and sous-chef Daniela. We enjoyed it a lot!

Francesco was an excellent driver. Friendly and conversational and knowledgeable about the local sites. Very accommodating in terms of schedule and lets you enjoy the day at your own pace. Nice clean van with good A/C. Highly recommended.
