Chiara was a really good guide. We enjoyed her information and style. She was very well informed and could answer any question.

Our guide, Laura, was exceptional and provided us with a great experience. In spite of the very large amount of tourists at the Vatican, Laura made our tour very easy and she was efficient at guiding us through the site giving us very detailed descriptions and stories about everything that we viewed and experienced. Laura is a well spoken, educated and seems to have an intimate knowledge of the history and art that were part of our experience.

The guide was excellent. The organisation is excellent with great communication and signage. The audio using an ear piece was clear. So much history and knowledge provided. Fabrizio was lovely and spoke near perfect English. Family group with teens within a larger group of tourists. Easily guided through the colosseum and Roman forum.

This is the first tour I have taken where I was cheated. On October 2 , I, along with my wife and grandson purchased an EcoArt Vatican Small Group Tour through Viatour, confirmation BR-1178823207. for a total of $334. The guided tour was to include the Rafaella Stanza, the rooms painted by Rafaello and a highlight of the Vatican Museum second only to the Sistine Chapel. Our guide completely skipped the Rafaella Stanza without even telling us what he was doing, perhaps because he arrived late to lead the tour. We did not discover this omission until we were out of the museum when he quickly disappeared before I could ask when we were going to go to the Rafaella Stanza. After concluding we had been shortchanged, I promptly reached out to Viatour and EcoArt. I was able to reach a person at Viatour who said she would look into it. A day later, Viator responded and gave me a refund of $33.17! EcoArt sent me an pro forma apology. The good news was that I was able to show my wife and grandson the wonderful Rafaello Stanza thanks to the help of the Museum staff. We had to buy new tickets (total 44 Euros) but they let us cut the hours-long ticket line to make sure we entered before closing. Readers of this post should beware.

Excellent guide. We had issues with the metro closing getting there but they have their number on the booking and they were really helpful. Very knowledgable inside the Vatican.

Our Colosseum tour with Nicoletta was wonderful! She had the best energy, and made sure we saw all the highlights despite the crowds. She also made sure to always find us the best spots for photos.

Our tour guide Alecia was very friendly and knowledgeable. The regular lines were so long that we felt the skip the line tour was well worth it. The tour was 2.5 hours and was interesting through the whole thing. We appreciated the independent time we were allowed in the Sistine Chapel.

Absolutely fantastic tour…Catalina our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic and engaging, I learnt so much about the history of the Vatican and the artefacts contained within, it was a highlight to f my visit in Rome.

The museum gets very crowded due to so many visitors coming in and out and can get easily turned around. The audio provided was excellent quality. Didn’t experience any issues with hearing over the headphone. We were able to visit everything provided on the itinerary and take lots of pictures. Glad I booked this tour.

She guided us expertly through the crowds and exhibits, focussing on some of the most remarkable highlights. She also provided fascinating historical context and information on Michaelangelo, Raphael, Pope Julius Ii, and St Peter’s. And she provided a brilliant visual and illustrated tutorial on what to look for in the Sistine Chapel before we entered. We most highly recommend this tour, particularly with Alessia.
