      Excellent tour.
Booked online. Slightly chaotic at the start of this tour due to other (non-La Scala) tours taking place at the same time and from the same place. Once the La Scala tour guide arrived we were removed from the chaos and enjoyed a lovely hour exploring The Opera House - visiting the boxes, the stalls and behind the stage. Our guide was very informative and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Theatre and guide are worth it
Good tour and guide who was informative and organized. Unfortunately a lot of the theatre was closed and under construction but the guide still gave a great tour.

      Emotions afloat.
Don’t know if the visit was good or bad but it is an emotional visit for an opera fan. Seeing the stage from a bolcony your imagination starts flashing with images of grand stars faltering or in an inmense triumph in the most difficult and demanding opera theater in the world.

La Scala tour was well worth it.
Our guide was excellent, providing tons of fascinating information. She even had us run with her to the theater when they turned the lights on so that we could see and get good pictures. The museum itself was full of interesting items and stories to go along with them.

Great guide that was extremely knowledgeable
Well worth it. The guide Giorgio was very good. The explanations, even comparing art exhibits by different artists and the different perspective presented was much appreciated. In short, this made the museum part of the tour very informative. The walking part was also interesting with his historical perspective on the area of Beers. We enjoyed it a lot.

      ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
For September the castle was quite busy, with a lot of people gathering in the most popular sections. My recommendation would be to visit all the smaller galleries and experiences before the main walk around the castle. If you buy the audio guide I would recommend bringing headphones unlike ourselves who totally forgot! Oops! You could stay and explore the castle for quite a while so bring drinks as it gets pretty warm. There is a locker system to store bags and other personal belongings when walking around for only a euro, which you do get back. Just a heads up for tourists - if you have never been to Milan before, be careful for people walking around offering free bracelets, just say no and keep walking as sadly they are there to scam you!!!

Wonderful visit to the Duomo and roof terraces.
Excellent tour with Alice who gave us a local’s perspective of the cathedral (which is simply astounding!). The visit to the roof terraces was wonderful. Appreciated the lift access on the way up!

Là Scala guided tour (English) in Milan
A nice short tour to know more about the opera house Là Scala and the artistes/performers. Laura was our guide and she was pleasant and punctual checking in guests. Laura also has a lot of knowledge about the place. She kept a nice pace for everyone to follow along while allowing time for some of us wander a bit. I would recommend taking this tour with Laura.

      Very poor service....awaiting FULL REFUNDD
VERY DISSAPOINTING & FRUSTRATING as we were NOT informed in advance about cancellation of tour due to a private function. Surely Hidden Experiences knew at least a day in advance of the intended cancellation. Spend your money on a performance NOT this serviceless company!

      Wonderful Tour and Tasting!
Wonderful little winery tour! Excellent value for money. Luigi was great even though feeling a little under the weather.. great, great wine and information regarding history of winery and wine making, including different regions and grape growing differences etc. Also served a lovely charcuterie for tasting! Would recommend!!

      DISAPOINTING!
Disappointing! We wanted to see the theatre but the theatre was not available as they were doing light maintenance. So we were shown one small place from where we did not see anything as the theatre was dark. Do not waste your time and money if they say the theatre is not illuminated!I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The tour of the underground city, the wines, and the gracious and friendly people! We visited Ercolani, the last of the 5 Noble families with heirs and family running the winery. From our tour to our tasting, to the above and beyond help to make our train, we felt welcomed. Thank you!

The tasting was, in my opinion, short and rushed. I expected more attention in explaining the wine-making processes and the history of the culture linked to it. It was almost impossible to listen to the brief descriptions given by the guide, perhaps due to the terrible acoustics. Furthermore, between one tasting and another the glasses were never replaced, much less rinsed.

Luigi was a nice host but it was overpriced for what it was. 5 wines to taste and microwaved cannelloni is not worth 100$ per person.

Very interesting and detailed tour of the wine cellar, including the wine making process. Great selection of wines for tasting in a casual manner. The food provided for lunch was simple but delicious.

The tour was very enjoyable. Food was delicious! Homemade lasagna was made with fresh pasta and béchamel cheese making it light and tasty. Staff will answer any questions and pour delicious wines that can be shipped home.

Interesting historical cellar inside the mountain of Montepulciano. The tour was in English but there were Italians on the tour too and their personal tour guide was speaking Italian loudly (for only 3 people) and it was hard to hear the English. During the wine tasting, workers and the Italian tour guide were talking loudly in Italian near the back of the room and it was hard to hear the English. The wine pours were small. We ordered classic cannelloni but got vegetarian and it was very mediocre tasting.

The GPS took us inside the walled city where we were not supposed to drive , resulting in a 100+ Euro fine, but we found the municipal police office inside the city and were able to have the fine removed. The instructions from the tour organizer should have indicated to park outside the wall.

Absolutely a wonderful experience. Amazing caves filled with wine barrels. Underground wine tasting and lunch. Tour guide was exceptional. Parking and steep access to venue restrictive for those with accessibility issues. Everyone else Enjoy!
