Dear Mr/Madam 41Morganf, we acknowledge your review and we regret to read your negative comments about our tour. We would like to point out as you seem confused with few important details and to be fair we have to remind you what you booked was actually specified online and on the voucher. 1) Bus hotel pick up locations and excat time are always advised in advance to clients by mail or by a mobile text message or through your hotel if you book via them, maybe you got confused with the location and you started walking around making it worse to find you. 2) Our boat can carry up to 100 people so it's not even comparable to a public ferry (a public ferry normally carry over 350 people) 3) A public ferry cost about 40€ return per person and a boat ride around the island cost about 20€ per person... so adding up already to 60€ per person and not a 1/3 less at all, maybe just a 10% less... without considering you have no hotel pick up transfers included to the port and no assistance, no guide... therefore Mr Morganf you did your maths wrong and are giving out misleading information to people by writing wrong details! 4) Regarding the priority minibus private service on the island to save 3 hours of your time... that you would have lost by taking public transportation on the island by yourself by lining up with hundreds of people and stand up in a crammed public bus, we offer as specified online on our website and as clearly printed in your voucher at time of booking, that surely you must have read carefully! The private minibus costing 22€ includes 3 rides, fast rides, priority service, with no lining up in order to move on different levels of the island quicker. The price of 22€ works out about 7,33€ per ride and your seat guaranteed and air conditioning on board: 1 ride: Marina Grande to Anacapri town 2 ride: Anacapri to Capri town 3 ride: Capri to Marina Grande Public bus it is yes cheaper, about 9€ less you pay for 3 rides overall, but you waist 2-3 hours of your time for waiting, lining, and travel standing up in old crammed horrible conditions! It is a pity that you haven't tried them you would have loved them!| :-) Just for your information: the other day an English lady on board with us that unfortunately chose public buses instead of private minibus, she broke her arm on the public bus and ended up to hospital instead of enjoying her tour! 5) The grottos title: we mention infact that we pass them on our description as well as specified if you would have read carefully instead of... Dear Louisa T, thank you for taking your time to write your review. We recommend you in future to read carefully the details of your bookings instead of… All details are clearly specified online, on our website, and most of all written on your VOUCHER at tme of booking in the section: WHAT'S INCLUDED and WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED. If unfortunately you had a very limited budget for enjoying the optional extra attractions around on your tour, we feel sorry for you but as you can well understand, we cannot be in any way responsible for you having a short budget… you were in any way NOT obliged to do the optional attractions on the tour, but you decided to do them so… :-( You could have bought a private tour ALL INCLUSIVE instead of a shared tour… but surely you would have not spent this money, you would have spent at least a minimum of 400,00€ euros starting price. Smaller boats cost much much more of what you paid, it's like renting a Nissan Micra and expecting a Mercedes ;-) Reviews are always useful to understand how to plan and manage budgets for future. We are pleased to read that you liked a lot the experience and that you enjoyed the small boat and the boat ride around the island with its beautiful natural beauties. We do not quite understand your low score and actually we do not agree and share with you your detailed negative remarks regarding the island "shops and prices, the busy times on the island, the public bus services on the island and the long lines at the bus stops etc... All the above mentioned has really nothing to do with us and with our tour agency, we cannot control or can be liable for souveniers shops high prices or for public buses transportation, you should really review it on the Capri council or tourist office official web sites or on the private shops websites, not to us ... Anyway, we are pleased that our tour and boat met your expectations and standards.
