Brilliant experience. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend. We booked the tour last minute and they were very quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

We parked our car in one of the parking lots right before the bridge for 5 € per day. First they didn’t want to accept our car because it had the bike carrier but we ‘convinced’ them we would remove the carrier after we take the bikes, which we did. The bike lane was decent, not too narrow. The view was amazing, we loved it. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a free place to park our bikes on our arrival, so we had to park them in the private bike parking garage. We paid 10 € for each bike for about 8 hours parking in a ‘box’ in which you put your bike, super safe but expensive, especially considering how much we paid for parking our car.

We had a fantastic time on the beautiful bike ride in the Venice countryside. We enjoyed the stop for coffee and pastry halfway through our adventure, and our final stop for cicchette at the end. We passed by gorgeous villas and Gianluca allowed us as much time as we wanted to stop and tour or take pictures. I highly recommend this tour! For us it was a wonderful break from the Easter chaos in Venice.

Gianluca was a gem ! We were only 2 x (my partner and I) so he tailored the tour to us - we had the most amazing day and couldn't have hoped for a better way to learn about Venetian culture, see beautiful architecture and eat delicious pasta. Couldn't recommend enough : )

We organized a self-supported bike tour with flights in and out of Venice but needed some help with the logistics. Travel & Bike worked with us to fill in all the gaps, organizing a van to take us and our bikes to the starting point of our ride, giving us space at their facility to unpack (and later re-pack) our bikes from the travel cases, a place to store the cases and other luggage while we were touring, a ride to the airport, and lots of helpful advice in navigating other public transport. Overall very helpful and friendly!

We rented bikes in Padua and rode to Maestre (mainland Venice) They transported our luggage so we could do a self-guided tour. But they took the time to walk us through the tricky sections on the map before we headed out.. It was a wonderful ride and great way to spend family time seeing the countryside, the mansions on the river and enjoying the small towns along the way. I highly recommend Travel & Bike. They are friendly, good communicators and equipment was in good shape.

We rented a couple of bikes for an eight day tour in the Veneto region, and everything about the rental with Travel and Bike was great. Communication beforehand was easy, with prompt answers. Our particular needs were accommodated readily. Delivery of bikes to our starting point in the Dolomites was on time, and the pickup in Ferrara was smooth. The bikes were in very good shape, and worked perfectly over 400 kilometres with loaded panniers. Gianluca was very pleasant to work with throughout. Highly recommended!

Rented two bikes for a 7 day trip from cervignano to Pula (Croatia). All went well and theowner is very friendly and accommodating. Bikes were very good on all types of terrain (trekking bikes). We would definitely use Travel and Bike if we come back to the region!

We had a great day cycling with Gianluca from Dolo to Venice and seeing the villas along the route. The majority of the route is along the river or small roads and Gianluca was a knowledgeable and very interesting guide. He even took us to his own house for coffee and a rest by the river. Wonderful day.

We spent a lovely time with Gianluca. Our family of 5 (parents and 3 adolescents) enjoyed a calm day, cycling through a serene landscape along the Brenta river. Gianluca was a very friendly and knowledgable guide, and willingy adjusted to our wishes. The bikes were in good shape, The trip was slow-paced, i.e. well adapted to our requirements. We can absolutely recommend Gianluca and his team.

After being in the hustle and bustle of Venice for a couple of days, this tour was perfect. We were met by Gianluca at the ferry, and the whole experience was relaxing and fun. The pace was perfect, and he was so knowledgeable about the area. Ending at the delicious restaurant was perfect. We also enjoyed seeing his home along the canal. I highly recommend this tour.

Gianluca was an amazing guide and wonderful host. He went out of his way to help us with our transfer to a airport hotel. We saw the beauty of the mainland, ate local fish and got a true look at the area. The bike riding was perfect and easy and he gave us several options to extend our day if we wished. He was very informative And knows a lot about the history of the area. Highly recommend this trip!
