Had a lovely day out with Bob - we were unable to visit any vineyards as it was a Sunday and they were closed but Bob helpfully told us this in advance and even offered alternate dates. Bob is well organised, kind and friendly. Has the best recommendations for food. Thanks again Bob!

Our whole day with Roberto (Bob) was amazing. He customized our itinerary to include a few different things that we personally wanted to see. His communication was professional and prompt. We had a fabulous time with Bob over 2 days exploring more of the beautiful Salento region. Bob was a wealth of information and very passionate about his home city in Lecce. Bob was flexible and adjusted both tours to meet our needs including stops along the way. He was well prepared and had beach sun chairs for us to use at the beach, umbrella’s when we had a downpour and gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat and visit in Lecce. It was a truly fantastic experience sharing with Bob and his lovely wife a full day around the East Coast of La Puglia. Otranto is a beautiful town with plenty of sightseeing points to admire the scenery of the Adriatic Sea. The other parts of the schedule are even more interesting. All of them. In sum, five stars for Bob and the southern Salento!

Roberto was a wonderful guide. He took care of everything down to little details like making the reservation at the winery, bringing a beach chair and towel, making sure we were enjoying ourselves… we had a great day. Would highly recommend Roberto when visiting Salento area.

My wife and I had the most amazing day exploring the Salento area with Roberto. He designed and organized a private tour just for us with areas we wanted to see and explore. The day was amazing, relaxed, and nothing was rushed. We felt like we were spending the day with family and not on a tour. Roberto was kind, very funny, and welcoming. We went to an amazing winery. There was a beautiful table set up for us and we got to taste 5 wines. They gave us so much food her we left full….all typical Puglia specialties. Next he brought us to the most beautiful beach (Maldives of Italy they call it) where we had free time to swim, relax and have a drink. We explored Gallipoli, went to Santa Maria di Leuca and visited the beautiful Ciolo Bridge! Thank you Roberto for an amazing day and remember to always Scarpetta!!!!

We had such an amazing day on our tour. Bob and his wife Sandra were the best hosts and were very helpful and friendly and showed us some amazing places with the 2 sisters being our favourite place and would highly recommend this tour.

Had a fantastic day touring went to beautiful village, beach and gallipoli. Had a wonderful time and our driver Roberto was so helpful. Even brought sun chairs and umbrellas with him for us to use on the beach. The wine tasting was excellent, sampled some wines, olive oil and had some wonderful small food. Highly recommended

I am writing this review only two hours after finishing a fantastic day with Roberto. I have been traveling around Puglia as a solo traveler without a car, which has not been easy and very tiresome. There are typically no direct bus/train routes which means lots of travel time and I have found myself stranded more than once by buses never arriving. So I decided that I would do Otranto differently…and I’m so glad I came across Roberto. He made the day effortless, taking me wherever I wanted to go, waiting in each spot as long as I wished. And he knew the special hidden paths to the beach! There was not too much time spent in the car but the time we were driving passed with friendly, cheerful chatter. Highly recommend if you want a stress free and flexible day in very good company!

A lovely relaxed way to explore the coast and Gallipoli. Roberto was so friendly and tailored the itinerary to suit us and make our day as enjoyable as possible. He even supplied towels, deck chairs and umbrella to avoid Lido charges at each of the beaches we visited! I would highly recommend booking with Roberto!
