As part of our trip to Puglia we really wanted to have a true Italian cooking experience. Carlo and Josee were the perfect hosts and teachers, making our pasta and tiramisu cooking experience fun, enjoyable and educational! Highly recommend if you want a true Puglia cooking experience!

This was such an absolutely wonderful experience to share with my family. The hostesses were remarkable and so warm and inviting. We enjoyed so much learning the recipes from their family traditions. The meal was a complete success, even though we had to remake the egg white cream for the tiramisu because my sons didn’t know how to separate eggs. Teenagers, ages 19, 17 and 15 expressed how much they loved going and how it was one of their favorite things to do. We far too much because it was so delicious and I highly encourage this memorable experience in a very quaint setting of the chefs home.

A more than a five star rating cooking class! We had a lovely time with Carlo and Giusy who made us feel right at home. In their beautiful characteristic summer house, we made various kinds of pasta and Giusy’s own tiramisu (including chef's three secrets). Carlo also made a delicious dish of eggplant, tomato, smoked cheese, and Parmesan cheese, baked in the oven. We enjoyed all this delicious food in their lovely courtyard garden. We savored the great company and the wonderful food. Highly recommended. Grazie mille Carlo e Giusy!

The cooking class was absolutely amazing, it was - without a doubt - a highlight of our whole trip! Matilde and Carlo are fantastic hosts who made us feel at home. We enjoyed every second of the experience, we learned a lot and the pasta that we’ve made was the best one we had during our holidays in Puglia. I highly recommend that experience to everyone!

We loved this experience! Matilde and Carlo were gracious hosts in their beautiful home, and we had a lovely evening. Matilde is a skilled cook and a wonderful teacher, so we got the hang of making the pasta quickly. She then cooked our pasta as part of a beautiful dinner using products from her garden and together with wine and other accompaniments we enjoyed an altogether spectacular meal. Highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed!

What a beautiful experience. We figured out the address wasn't in the heart of Lecce but just outside at Via Costantino Girardengo 3, Lecce, 73100, Lecce, Puglia, Italia. Or also known as Un Bel Casino. We felt like family! We laughed and ate together. The lessons we learned will last us a lifetime. I'm so excited to get to make the pasta back home in Canada for friends and family! Very beautiful property and family. Well worth it and highly recommended ❤️

We had an amazing experience cooking, eating and chatting with Matilde and Carlo! They welcomed us into their beautiful home, shared family recipes with us, and gave us wonderful memories to last a lifetime. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, authentic Italian experience! Matilde is a kind, gentle and detailed teacher when it comes to cooking and Carlo was an excellent, funny and charismatic host for the evening. Thank you Carlo and Matilde! 🫶

A delightful morning ! So much fun to cook with Josie and Carlo - both amazing chefs. They welcomed us into their beautiful home and prepared a feast! Would recommend highly to anyone coming to lecce !

THE most incredible experience. Carlo and Giusy were so hospitable and kind, their house was stunning and the pasta the best we’ve ever eaten. Topped off with a tiramisu from heaven. This is a must do if you are in Puglia, can’t wait to go back in the future!

Carlo and Giusy were fabulous people!! Welcomed us into their home and the experience is one we won’t soon forget. Our spouses and one daughter joined us at the end and we all shared cocktails and chatted around the table. Then Carlo brought out his special marinated cherries. We all tried them….WOW!! We had a little trouble finding the location, but Carlo picked us up and brought us to their home. They also have a bed and breakfast and they have a few cats/kittens running around the yard. It was so amazing - all the way down to the moon at night. Carlo and Giusy…Grazie Mille!!

Matilde and Carlo welcomed us and another couple incredibly warmly into their home just outside of Lecce, Italy. After a quick tour of their home, we went right to work. Matilde explained how she measures the ingredients she uses to make orecchiette, ravioli, cavatelli and Tiramisu. After several trial and error efforts, and with the forgiving behavior of pasta dough, we eventually made acceptable pasta! We then made our dessert disha hat was a very easy to make tiramisu. Then came the best part - Matilde cooked the pasta we made and served the ravioli with her butter and fresh basil, picked from their garden, sauce. The other pasta was served with Matilde's tomato sauce. All were served with a nice wine that they provided. Finally, we had our tiramisu for dessert that was excellent. It was hard to believe that almost 4 hours had passed - we so enjoyed being with Matilde and Carlo. As we left, they gave us the recipes for all of the dishes we made and followed on up by email with several photos of the time we spent in their home. This experience was excellent and my wife and I highly recommend cookingclasses with Matilde and Carlos

Absolutely incredible! Fabulous house with a beautiful garden… Our hosts were Carlo and Guisey and they were absolutely spectacular! Learned how to make gnocchi, as well as fresh pasta, the Italian way… They also ran a cute BMV and do cooking on the side. Such a great experience can’t say enough about it. Best part of our trip to Lecce!
