We booked a private taxi transfer from Rome airport to Civitavecchia and then back from Civitavecchia port to the airport - family of five. The communication from Flavia from first enquiry and throughout was brilliant and she was super quick to reply to messages (what’s app). We were met on arrival by both drivers (Beba and Alessia) holding boards with our name on. Both drivers were professional and provided a great service. The vehicles were very comfortable and roomy and with good AC - perfect for larger families with luggage. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking at transfer options in or around Rome.

Driver was very nice and arrived a few minutes early. Van was very roomy and very comfortable with nice AC, it’s so hot in Rome! I loved how he sent a live map of his route and arrival.

I cannot recommend this company more! Our group of 8 included my husband and myself, our moms (ages 70 & 75) and 4 college kids. We were in Rome July 4th 2024. It was 87*F… bring lots of water and a mini fan to the Vatican! 🙏 This tour was worth every penny!!

Flavia Cottuno Escursioni Roma Definitely recommend. We had a lovely tour visiting the Trevi Fountain, St. Peter’s Basilica, the outer part of the Colosseum as well as Spanish steps. We topped it off by grabbing lunch at a fantastic restaurant called Virgilio. They served authentic, yummy, and inexpensive Italian food; this was recommended by Flavia. It was a beautiful day and Flavia was great. She was on time and easy to communicate with. She even helped family of ours obtain a last minute tour. I highly recommend touring with her. We were driven by Stefano and we truly enjoyed our private day tour of Rome. Stefano showed us much more places in Rome that we can expect to see given the limited amount of time we had. The only thing we did not like was the restaurant we were brought to. Stefano mad us ordered so many dishes that we cannot even consume because they were not tasty at all and we ended up paying almost $380 for a lunch for 6 people. So my suggestion is skip the restaurant that they will suggest and insist on the one you prefer.

We arrived in Civitavecchia with small children. Flavia is very nice, fast, flexible and knows everything about Rome. She brought us close to the attractions. We could change the route at any time. It was a very comfortable and perfect day! Flavia is the best choice to see Rome.

Had a private transfer booked from the cruise port to the airport. The private transfers car apparently broke down. We waited an hour at the port and got put into a bus with 4 other people. There was no A/C, the windows didn't work, it was absolutely miserable. I have been trying to get refunded for the last two weeks and have had no luck. The supervisor will not take my call. DO NOT book this service. Unreliable and you will not be able to get your money back let alone talk to an actual person if there is an issue. There are many other transfer services to pick from, do not waste your money with this company. I have been to Rome many times and this is by far my worst transfer experience ever.
