Believe the reviews on MyloveItaly tour company. I gave them the benefit of doubt AND they also didn't show up for our tour. One minute before we were to leave everyone received a text saying it was cancelled. It would have been nice, no respectful, to tell us ahead of time so we could have made alternate plans. This was the place I really wanted to see on our trip. Big disappointment

Cancelled our ship excursion with literally 1 1/2 hrs notice! Reason? Vehicle problems. Not a reputable company, with no spare vehicle! Or was it because there wasnt enough tourist booked? We had no time to even plan the day, pais thousands to go on vacation and this day got ruined! Avoid this company like the plaque, or risk losing your valuable day!

Horrible experience with Myloveitaly tours. They never showed up at the designated meeting point nor did they notify us that our trip had been canceled. We waited for over an hour, tried texting, emailing and even made a phone call (no answer) to find out what's going on. After I sent an email stating that I was planning on leaving a negative review, I have been sent harassing emails from Andrea at Myloveitaly DAILY. Andrea said they would report me to the police and sue me for libel! Since then, I've received emails telling me to "turn my brain on ", called me arrogant, etc. Very unprofessional to say the least!

We had multiple tours booked through Viator but never dealt with such an awful and unreliable company as MyloveItaly Travel. We were looking forward to seeing Etruscan Site in Tarquinia on May 9, 2024. We came to the meeting point on time, but the guide was not there. The meeting place is very small, so we couldn't miss him/her. We called this company multiple times and left a text on their phone listed on our ticket, but nobody responded. We called Viator rep, but he couldn't reach anybody at this company. So he offered us a refund which we received in a while. But MyloveItaly never contacted us with any explanation or apology. Needless to say, our day in Civitavecchia was ruined.

We had the most fabulous day. We were the only ones on this tour and Andre did not cancel even though it was a public holiday and a last minute booking. Andre was knowledgeable and sensitive to our interests. He gave us do many insights into the Etruscan’s lifestyle. He also recommended the most delicious place for Lunch where we were treated to a special menu with wine for a very reasonable price. Would thoroughly recommend this tour if you are at all interested in visiting a truly magical place.

We had the most delightful lunch today. We've grown to not expect very much from restaurants, so we were pleasantly surprized that there was ample staff and many menu choices (unlike so many restaurants that are offering 5 or 6 items, and most are burgers, tacos or something that just isn't that special). Our waitress was outstanding and checked with us throughout the meal (another aspect of dining out that seems to be fading in most restaurants). We don't know her name, but ask for Table 110. And kudos to the management team for running a restaurant that you can tell the staff is happy to be part of.

This was a nice alternative for a cruise stop in Civitatavecchia instead of a schlep into Rome. The tour guide lives in Tarquinia and was very knowledgeable about the city's history and the Etruscans. The city predates Rome and was very interesting. There was a lot of walking on a hot day, and I was the only person taking the tour. Most companies would have canceled due to not enough participants (this happened to me with three other booked tours), so I was glad this one proceeded as planned.

Visited 2 wineries! Did this with another couple traveling with us. No stress getting to the ship on time. Tuscany is beautiful, so its a good trip if you like wine and no crowds. Private tastings! Well done!

Was totally unorganized and the “guide” was inexperienced. We were dropped off with no explanation at all. We really could have just taken a bus on our own and not play $420. I will not recommend this to anyone!

My over all experience is good. I visited 2nd time. All rides nd shows are good. Staff is to good. Some shows are under maintenance that's was an little issue. But over all experience is too good

The trip didn’t take place. My Iovekyitaky failed to turn up. When contacted they said they had left me a WhatsApp message which I never received and blamed me for not replying to the message which I had never received!!!!

Our private driver, Mirko, was wonderful! He got us to Rome / the Vatican City early, and our party of 7 had time to enjoy some coffee and croissants before the Vatican museum tour. After the tour, we were able to stop by the colosseum for photos. We were able to stop by for a quick bite on the way back to the cruise ship on-time!

The old town was very cute with gorgeous views. It was a good break from all the tourists. Cute buildings. Cute churches. Most shops are closed on Sunday’s but we didn’t care. There are still places to eat and a few souvenir shops. Went to caves- kids loved the history of it all. Was a 5-10 min walk. Not too bad. We are glad we went. Had a group of 7ppl renting from 8 yrs old to seniors.

Didn't live up to expectations! Once we got off our bus from our ship, we found the Tour Guide easy enough. She was a very nice young lady who had just started with the company and had some trouble with English but did her best. Her supervisor showed up shortly after and was also very nice and spoke fluent English. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the transportation to the town and we had to wait for our bus for quite a while before it arrived. Once we got to Tarquinia, about twenty minutes by bus, the little town was very nice. The tour of the Etruscan underground city exhibit was interesting, to say the least, and we had a good time. The only other issue was that many of the locations in town, noted as part of the tour, were closed down and we couldn't see them from inside. It was stated that the town council had implemented new tourist restrictions on certain days of the week. It would have been nice to know this in advance so that we could plan accordingly. Altogether it was an OK experience.
