We had a fantastis day with Sunshine Tour exploring the beautiful City and Fort of Nizwa and the Green Mountain. Our guide Amer was superb, explaining a lot and making sure that we always felt comfortable as a family. Highly recommendable.

This was the perfect way to say goodbye to Oman. As this was the last full day we had, Amer made sure we had a fantastic day. He had plenty of refreshments for the journey into the desert. On our way we stopped to have some authentic Omani food and it was beyond incredible. His recommendations were spot on! He made sure to find the perfect spot in the desert for us to watch the sunset and made sure we had plenty of time to take pictures and take in the sights. We even managed to see a couple of camels with their young ones up close. The day ended with a lovely drive back to Muscat, and Amer once again went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. I cannot recommend him, and this company enough. Every team member we interacted with was amazing and they are a wonderful representation of how welcoming and warm Omani people are. I am sad to be saying goodbye to these wonderful people, and specially our wonderful guide Amer, but I am grateful for the wonderful memories they have left me with.

Our one-day trip to Nizwa and the Grand Mosque was unforgettable, largely thanks to our guide, Khalid. His deep knowledge of the area's history and culture, combined with his excellent communication skills, made the experience both informative and engaging. Khalid’s eye for the best photo spots was a bonus—he knew exactly where to stand for the most stunning shots, from the intricate details of the mosque to the panoramic views at Nizwa Fort. His friendly and approachable nature made the whole day enjoyable and stress-free. If you're planning this tour, I highly recommend Khalid as your guide!

The tour was magical. Amer was punctual and we were on the road in no time. I was with my father who has some mobility issues and Amer was patient and took his time and was very attentive as we made our way through the Wadi. We made it to all three lakes and had a really great time exploring the beauty of the Wadi. When we finished from the lakes, we were surprised to find Amer had prepared a light lunch and snacks for us to enjoy which was very needed! When we finished from the Wadi we made our way to the Bimmah Sinkhole which is another beautiful site in Oman. 10 out of 10 recommend and 1000% would do this tour again with Amer as it was the perfect day!!

Amer from Sunshine Tours took us to Green Mountain and also to see the old settlement and old irrigation system. Amer was such a great tour guide. He unexpectedly stopped at a dates farm and we got free dates to try. It's the Omani hospitality which is just so amazing. He then took us to a nice viewpoint/restaurant in the Green Mountain. He also took us to an old house in the Green Mountain and showed us how rose water is made. It was really interesting to see the old techniques. It was also simply fabulous to see the mountain and greenery filled by pomegranate trees. I highly recommend Amer as the guide. Choose him! I also highly recommended Sunshine Tours.

Our 5-day trip with Ahmed in Oman far exceeded our expectations. To say that Ahmed is knowledgeable would be an understatement. He is not only friendly and helpful but also passionate and proactive in showcasing the wonderful scenery and history of Oman. Throughout this 5-day journey, Ahmed took us to many remarkable places, including: Wadi Shab, where we enjoyed swimming in the beautiful wadi after a hike with breathtaking views along the trail. Wahiba Sands, featuring vast desert landscapes and a romantic sunset atop sand dunes. Nizwa Fort and Souq, which highlighted the deep connection between Oman's past and present. Al Hamra, where a wonderful family has preserved the day-to-day life of Omanis. Last but not least, the stunning mountain views from Jebel Akhdar, Jebel Shams, and Wadi Ghul. Moreover, many of the resorts where we stayed had minimal light pollution, which was an added bonus for stargazers and astrophotographers like myself.

Our guide Ahmed is a very friendly and helpful guide who have shared a lot of knowledge and stories about the Omani and Arabic culture. Also, Ahmed has taken good care of us during the trip so my husband and I had a very carefree trip and we really enjoyed the time spent in Oman. The 5-day trip is well organized, we have visited a lot of iconic places in Oman at our own pace. Recommended!

This was an amazing tour. Our guide, Said, was so knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain everything to us in great detail and was very polite and friendly. When he saw that my husband was getting tired he immediately adjusted the tour to make sure he was comfortable. I highly recommend this tour if you want to get a brief history of Oman as well as take in beautiful views.

Such a lovely tour through Sunshine Tours.Amer picked us up at O830 in the morning He was very punctual With time which waS good to see.The car was large SUV, which WaS very much needed as we were going to the desert. We also saw how people lived there. We also had some coffee and dates within the house and it was fabulous . I was travelling with my parents who are very old and they thoroughly enjoyed the trip. We then sat on some camels and we traveled around 150m for 3 rial per person We then moved to went to Wadi Bin Khalid. It was so nice too cool off on the sun after a hot day in the desert. I believe we stayed for 1h30-2hr. I went further down the pools and my parents used the first pool, due to old age. The water was so clear and there were many small fishes. The wadi is a freshwater and tastes very sweet. Amer came with me and helped me reach further pools. We then went to a restaurant to eat some food for a late lunch. Amer was fabulous and I would recommend him and Sunshine Tours again!

We were fortunate to have Ahmed as our guide for our day tour to Wahiba Sands Desert and Wadi bani Khalid. The drive to the desert passed through some amazing landscapes and the desert was spectacular. After coffee at a Bedouin’s camp we drove over mountains to reach Wadi Bani Khalid. We did not go swimming but the water looked inviting. It was a tranquil place to have lunch. A great day and we would highly recommend

Great trip to Muscat with top guide Said Alkiyumi. Today we were on the most well known sites of the city, everything was onteresting and beautiful. At the end - boss of The Sunshine Tours invited us at home where we had a tasty lunch! Thank you guys, that was amazing two days in Oman!

5* Nizwa is a beautiful city with great history. The souks and fort are beautiful and jabal akhdar has some of the most extraordinary views. Khalid was our designated driver for the day. He was very friendly and respectful and had great knowledge of all the landmarks we visited. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even when out of his way to accommodate any requests we had. Would most definitely recommend requesting Khalid as your driver if possible! He made our experience to Nizwa more memorable.

I had a really amazing tour with my guide Khalid, he was extremely friendly and made sure if I needed anything, he took me to Nizwa Fort and we walked around, did some shopping, and then to the Jabal Al Akhdar mountains and he took amazing pictures for me too. This was a great tour and experience.

Sunshine Tours is a terrific company to use in Oman. My wife and I used them for two airport transfers and a half day city tour of Muscat.. From my first contact point with Maymona in the office to Moosa with the airport transfers, everything went according to plan and time, very friendly people and professional. Our half day city tour of Muscat with Siaf was fantastic. A great driver/guide. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He always had our best interests at heart and the tour is a great orientation of Muscat. We would highly recommended them and we felt we got very good value too. The prices we agreed were honoured with no hassle involved at all. Great peace of mind. Next trip we will do some of the other tours especially involving hiking in the mountains.
