We did snorkeling with them during Adventure trip. It was amazing. Tour guides were very helpful. I will definitely introduce this to my other flight crews & I will join again and again.

Great experience for my children. We enjoyed every moment of the tour. Kids had fun snorkeling, walking to the sandbank and spotting the dolphin. The tour guide was very professional in guiding my kids when snorkeling and safety was not compromised.

What a lovely daytrip to a few of the best spots Male’… First sailing next to 40-50 dolphins, then snorkling with beautiful fish and Stingrays… The Stingrays came so close you could touch them. Then a short Wall around Himmafushi, Where we also Got a lovely indian lunch (so tasty), then we sailed to a sandbanke just outside Himmafushi (sooo beautiful) and then we went snorkling again wher we say Big whitetipped sharks… it was such a great day ❤️

I will attach pictures so you can see the difference for yourself, what I paid $60 you can find at other operators for $499, (all my friends read the price $49 the first time) Shocking but true. Thank you UI! It was beyond expectations! The perfect choice was UI. You can find them at the airport at C11.

it was a wonderful outing, it started with the boat pickup from our resort. it was wonderful feeling when you jump in the ocean and get to see the life under the sea, like coral gardens, different fish and if you are lucky you will get to see some sharks or turtles. this tour is a wonderful choice.

Had an amazing experience, since our hotel was in Hulhumale they arranged the transfer for us. No swimming experience required enjoyed every moment. Only unsatisfactory part was our meal. Overall, had an great experience.

My favorite part was the sandbank tour. It was a wonderful time and the water was just amazingly beautiful and clear

Dont trust this agent. No response and his style is like take it or leave. No hospitality. He behave as though they giving us free service. I was travelling with my child and infant. My flight was at 10 PM and he arranged airport transfer on speed boat ( 2 hour journey) at 10 AM. The most weird part is he did not give any notification and his response very arrogant and racist. Highly recommend DONT use this agent

Dear All, I booked a few activities with this company before heading to Maldives last week. When I inquired about their packages by email, someone who claimed to be the Managing Director WhatsApped me with 10 straight messages a few hours later at 5am in the morning to wake me up and gave me the email of their Sales Manager. I coordinated with the Sales Manager to book a couple of activities for $208 and he gave me his WhatsApp number to contact him if I need anything. After taking my money, he automatically blocked me there for no reason. A couple of days after that, they contacted me to tell me that my activities were cancelled due to bad weather (even though the weather was okay that day). I have been following up on my refund since with their sales manager who keeps claiming that I will be receiving my refund the following day but that never happens. Now that I have left Maldives he has actually stopped replying to my WhatsApp messages. I am also calling the sales manager but he is not replying. Please do not book here as they are straight up scammers and if someone can please provide me with a contact email from the Maldivian police, I can report them so noone else has to be scammed. Booked the whole-day sandbank-snorkeling-dolphin watching excursion with UI. Not only were they the cheapest among several providers I explored, their service-quality surpassed all expectations. They didn't call off the tour even though we were eventually the only guests to have booked the tour that day. In many other parts of the world, there would be a fine print and the tour company would take refuge under that. Here, we had a dedicated boat and a crew of three, just for our family. The guide (Riz) and the coordinator (Kochi-bhai) were both top-notch; extremely polite and courteous, they made our sandbank, canoeing and snorkeling experience a thoroughly enjoyable one. Riz took us literally by hand and showed the brilliant corals, shoals of magnificent fishes and majestic stingrays. While returning from the sandbank and just before boarding, our specs got accidentally dropped from the canoe into the sea. We didn't realize it until we were about ten minutes away from the sandbank, and even though it wasn't explicitly anyone's fault, Riz immediately assumed responsibility and requested the captain to turn the boat around. Once close to the spot, he dove and swam, and after less than ten minutes' search - voila! He dove deep and came up with all three pairs one by one! We were speechless, and thrilled beyond words! Even though the dolphins chose not to bless us with their sighting, it was still a perfect day for us. Cannot recommend UI enough! Also thanks to Harshad at their front office, and to Melony, UI's boss who handled logistics very efficiently from behind the scene! Keep up the good work!

Our party of 8 booked the Snorkeling Adventure Tour on Feb 23, 2020 with Hey Maldives. We were not aware that Hey Maldives had contracted the tour to UI Maldives thus this review. This tour was a nightmare to HELL! We are seasoned travelers and never had we experienced what happened on the seas! We arrived at 8:55 am to the pier expecting to board the boat as our tour starts at 9am. The boat Rep informed us, we leave at 9:30am as they were waiting for 18 more people for the boat. And here we understood we had booked a private group tour and not a large group tour?? 9:30am, he says another 15 mins, then another 15 mins. By this time, it is after 10 am. We board an old unkept and dirty boat but do not leave right away while the motor is idling and we wait. We ask why are we not leaving yet? No reply! Then a big group of 13 come aboard and we hear the Rep say we only have room for 8. But they let them on anyways! The boat was already full with no more seating capacity! And where do they sit? They all head to the front of the boat and stand and sit on the front of the boat, which is clearly UNSAFE, DANGEROUS and ILLEGAL! There is a sign stating MAXIMUM capacity is 30 and we now have 39 passengers! And this does not include the crew of the boat! We raised alarms about sufficient life jackets for everyone as boat is over capacity. The boat Rep claimed there is enough life jackets for everyone but failed to give everyone one! With an over capacity boat, we go ahead and leave. By this time, the seas are rough for our 1 ½ hour trip to the Sand Bank and way too rough to do any snorkeling at all. We leave the Sand bank about noon. By this time, the weather had changed more drastically with strong winds, choppy seas and high swells. Our boat ride back to shore was a nightmare! The boat rocked from side to side and I was very afraid that the boat would capsize and with insufficient life jackets for all! During our ride back, passengers fell out of their seats and on to the floor, while others screamed for their lives! Clearly, we were all alarmed for our safety. Fortunately, we arrived close to shore without any incidents. The tour included picnic lunch and instead they pulled 2 boats side by side and served lunch on another boat that was also full of passengers. We did not want to have lunch and insisted to be taken ashore as we all had enough of this tour! It is clear this tour is not as advertised! After much arguing, the boat rep agreed to take us ashore on another smaller boat. Registration # of the UI Maldives boat P1779A-02(01-G). We notified Hey Maldives immediately about this tour and how unsafe and dangerous it was at sea. They agreed to a FULL refund which has never materialized! DO NOT use either company as they have NO regard for tourist safety!

On February 23, 2020 I went with 7 friends from our cruise ship for a snorkeling tour with Hey Maldives. We were led to believe it would be a small group of people and expected to see no more than 4 or 5 additional people. Apparently, Hey Maldives had contracted out our tour with UI Maldives. They loaded over 40 people on a boat with a capacity of 30. When we went out to snorkel, we arrived at a tiny sandbar that a maximum of 30 people could stand on. The bathroom onboard was filthy and totally disgusting and there was no changing room. On our way for lunch the wind picked up so we headed back. I feared for my life. They admitted they didn’t have enough life preservers for everyone and there were small children aboard. People were screaming in terror. At this point we requested to be dropped off back at the dock. We did not want to eat the lunch we had paid for. We just wanted to get ashore and end this nightmare of a trip. They refused and we argued for a hour till they found a small boat to ferry us to shore. It left a bitter taste in our mouths for a place that has a reputation of being so wonderful. Boat registration number: P1779A-02[01-G] After 2 1/2 months we are still trying to get a refund.

Elmo Lawrence from UI MALDIVES advertised for USD59 per adult Full Day Adventure Trip including sandbank, Snorkeling, Kayaking, Picnic Lunch, Dolphin Cruise, Evening Tea and includes Snorkeling Guide, Snorkeling gears, lifejacket, Beach Photography, Canoe/Kayak, Drinking Water, Juice with the tour start at 0900. “Adventure “started late at 10:30, because ship was waiting for another seven passengers. Eventually, there were 37 passengers on that small dingy!! Yes, THIRTY-SEVEN passengers!!Ship was overcrowded and ILLEGAL to sail!! We spent more than one hour to get to sandbar and spent 45 minutes there. Weather turned ugly. Hi wind, swells, we were drenched with salt water… we struggled, fighting high swells for hour and a half (1:30!!) to get to the shore where lunch was offered on shaking dingy!! People had enough, and we went back to our cruise ship. THERE WAS NO Snorkeling, Kayaking, Picnic Lunch, Dolphin Cruise, Beach Photography, Canoe/Kayak, Drinking Water, Juice!! We immediately requested refund from person who advertised the “adventure” Mr. Elmo Lawrence Director of Sales elmo@uimaldives.com HE DIDN’T BOTHER TO REPLY! Then we found the contact for MR. NAASIH Managing Director; phone +960 7792522 nasih@uimaldives.com He returned our e-mail with most hilarious suggestion; he would offer this trip to our friends .. 4 persons FREE of Charge!? LESSONS LEARNED: In a third world country, NEVER, EVER PAY WITH CASH! Our friend who paid with credit card already received the refunds, because UI MALDIVES failed to provide the services as advertised. There wasn't bathroom, shower and change room on the boat. Lunch was on the boat, not on the beach. There was no coffee and tea. Condition of snorcelling equipment is terrible.
