We took the private tour of Saint Lucia. Our driver and guide was Richard, who made the day full of fun and excitement. The roads are not the best and the traffic can be awful, but with Richards excellent knowledge and driving, we fitted in everything.

We used the company for our airport transfers and they were prompt, informative and friendly. So, for a day out to Sulphur Springs and the Waterfalls, we contacted them to see how much they would charge us. It was much cheaper than the hotel would have been and we asked for Jason, who had brought us from the airport. He was excellent, knowledgeable and really helpful - plus he played Dolly Parton for us, what more can you ask for.

We used St Lu for transfers to and from Sandals Regency. Easy booking online. Very easy to communicate with via email. We also did a tour during the week. Jason was our driver. It was all great. He was great. Highly recommend.

Booked and paid for a 2 way shuttle from the airport to our hotel and the return journey. We were collected but they failed to collect us, instead picking up (and charging) another couple. Our reception managed to get us another ride to the airport an hour later. St Lu Taxis & Tours promised to reimburse me, even went to the trouble of asking for my bank details, but after this have completely ignored me. So be warned DO NOT BOOK AND PAY IN ADVANCE as there’s a good chance they may not turn up.

We enjoyed a really good day tour of the island seeing stunning views, stopping at lots of places of interest and local stalls for food. Our driver/guide was brilliant. He was very knowledgeable, interesting, patient and made our day really worthwhile.

Jason picked us up at the cruise terminal and asked what we wanted to see. We suggested the Pitons and Pigeon Island National Park. With these venues in opposite directions we asked for his opinion. He suggested the Pitons and Soufriere, which was fine with us, and said if we had time he would try to take us to Pigeon Island. He knew all the spots to stop for good photo ops. The roads in St. Lucia are steep with lots of switch backs. Jason was an excellent driver and we felt very safe in his hands. At every stop Jason got out of the van to assist us and provide information on where we were stopping as well as letting us know that we had no obligation to buy anything. He also volunteered to take pictures of us at every stop. Jason is relatively new as a tour guide, but was very knowledgeable and able to answer most of our questions as well as being very personable. I strongly recommend St. Lu Taxis and Tours and Jason as a tour guide.

Day tour with Nixon, who took us exactly where we wanted to go, including, apparently, his first ever visit down into Marigot Bay proper rather than the view from above. Nixon was not over intrusive but answered all the questions we asked. However, chaps, drop the seemingly mandatory stop at the rip off banana sauce vendor's stall because this reflects badly on you.

Jason is very knowledgable about the Island. This was the best driver that we expirienced while in St Lucia! He is very personable which automatically puts you in a good mood. When I come back to the island (hopefully one day soon!) I will make sure to get Jason's number so I can use him as transportation for Private Tours. I have a feeling Jason is bound to do great things!

Off the ship Anthem of the Seas, I and my family took a taxi to Rodney Bay Beach. I enquired about fishing, and a man referred me to Lincoln. We negotiated $250 for a few hours and a ride back to the ship. A man named Noah showed up about 45 minutes later with a small boat and small motor (blue fabric top). He took me around the bay for about 30 minutes, then claimed he had to pick a few ladies up and shuttle them to pigeon island. He dropped me at the beach and did not return, thus scamming me out of a fishing trip. And, I had to pay a taxi to get me back to the ship. Beware of scammers at Rodney Bay Beach. Why would any tourist want to visit St. Lucia?

I booked this tour, then called when I saw the trail was closed - they told me to cancel as it was indeed closed, so I did, then they disputed the cancellation when I cancelled the charge on my card - they had to go out of their way to dispute the charge - really unimpressive - more so since they knew the trail was closed yet kept the booking options open, and then literally told me to cancel, and then disputed me not paying for it. So I had to pay for the trip even though we could not go. Book through your hotel, it's cheaper, and you'll actually be able to go. - avoid this company.

Picked St Lu from a Trip Advisor review and it was a great decision! Kevon met us outside the port exit gate and the only instructions we gave him: “we think we might like the mudbath, waterfalls, and beach time.” And he took over and made the order, picked the spots, and even took us ti a private beach where we had lunch at the resort restaurant. Kevon was a great driver on the twisting, hilly roads and super polite. We loved spending the day w him. We never book private car services/private tours because they seem pricey and unnecessary. But St Lu was cheaper than the cruise excursion, no crowds or big bus, clean air conditioned ride, Worth every penny to do it on our schedule and unhurried. Cooler of beverages he packed for us was a bonus! Highly recommend!

I have to say that the drivers were super kind. Both drivers. On our way to the hotel it was great, but on the way back to the airport the driver arrived late. I had called the day before as my flight was leaving at 12:42 pm and they had scheduled a pick up at 9:30 am, and the drive to the airport from the hotel was about 1:26 minutes, hence I called and asked them to be at the hotel at 9:00. The gentleman told me that he was going to notify the driver, but then the driver showed up almost at 10am. We arrived late. By the time we got there, there was a huge line and they had already closed checking ins. The Jetblue member was reasonable enough to open it for us. But we could not buy anything for anyone at the airport. It was really stressful. Hence, I can not give 5 stars. Missing a flight is too much, and they should know that people need to be at an airport 2 hours before.

We used the guys a few times for local trips to the supermarket from our villa on the Cap Estate. They were always punctual. Booking was easy and the communication was great. Cars were excellent and fully air conditioned. Drivers were polite, friendly and offered local knowledge on places to go and island history. The trip back to the airport was great and provided even more island history and some great views which we would not have seen if we’d gone via the more boring main road. Excellent service and would highly recommend to other visitors

Richard picked up our Party of 12 at our Villa in a nice, air-conditioned van. He provided history on the Island and all the places that we went that day - Mud Baths, Botanical Gardens, Waterfall, Lunch, & a Rum Tasting. Never felt rushed at any stop. He took pictures of us -- he took pictures with us! He brought a cooler for refreshments. Overall, it was a great day & thanks to King Richard for taking great care of us!

Richard was an amazing driver! He gave us so much history and information on the ride to Gros Piton! He has a great personality and is so much fun!
