Excellent service to Heathrow Airport. The booking process was easy. We were a group of seven and had a lot of luggage. Our driver was prompt and courteous. He did wonders by carrying all our luggage in the vehicle. I will absolutely use Heathrow London Limos on any future visits.

Hired Marble Cars from Heathrow to Central London Hotel. I paid in advance through Booking.com for a transfer from Terminal 2 to my Central London Hotel. They said they would track my flight for delays. The flight was on American from Chicago to Heathrow. The flight was 30 minutes late but I was not worried as they said they would track flight. They were nowhere to be seen when I emerged from Arrivals. I looked all over and some guy said the driver waited 2 hours. This is a lie. I called the number for Marble CARS and was pretty much told tough luck. You missed your transfer. I doubt he was ever there. AVOID Marble Car in London.

Friendly and helpful driver, helped me change the date, assured me that he would be waiting in arrivals. Told me that he will call me as soon as my flight landed at London Heathrow Airport

On my way to Paris I stopped in London for 2 days and needed a car to pick me up and drop me to the Hilton on Park Lane and they sent An S-class Mercedes car to pick me up from Heathrow because the Mercedes Executive vehicle I paid for was not available Very happy ,would use again .

Went to London for a photo shoot in March just when everything blew up with the virus. The service was good, but I asked the driver where to go for a good meal in London and he didn’t really know.

I used Heathrow London Limos for the first time when I had to fly into London on a medical mission . My Driver was late as the car had a flat tyre , but It was outside his control . He was very apologetic when he arrived and the company gave me a 50 % refund for the inconvenience
