The terrain was quite rocky, so definitely wear good shoes, ideally hiking boots with good grip, and pack a rain jacket, sunscreen and mosquito repellent. Overall: Great experience, and I would definitely book again!

Unfortunately I was not able to see the view of the Oslofjord because of the foggy weather this day. Mustapha was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely book again this hiking in summer next time I highly recommend this hiking and this company, they are very professional.

Mustapha was very knowledgeable and we had a great conversation while hiking along the Lysaker river. He is very nice and showed me some berries and explained different things I saw in the forest. I would recommend a tour with him and will come back and do another tour with him!
If you are looking to get away from her city for a couple of hours, I recommend this tour!

Waking the Lysaker river was amazing! Our tour guide, Marina was excellent! She was knowledgeable, conversational and just made the entire experience wonderful. We made stops in all the right places and never felt rushed but just one with nature. I would recommend this for everyone visiting the area and Marina as a guide was the best!!

Beautiful hike with Marina( my guide). The day was perfect walking along the river along with my very friendly and knowledgeable guide.i felt I was hiking with a long time friend. She helped me with other suggestions in Oslo and vicinity. Thank you!

Despite the poor weather (raining) we had a nice hiking experience. The coordination was excellent and the programme all executed very professionally. My parent who is 65+ had some difficulty over some of the uphill roads and some of the narrow paths were concerning given the rain, which future participants may want to consider. However, one may argue that is part of the Nordic hiking experience.

The hike was amazing! The nature is so accessible and easy to get to from the city center. The river and trees are so beautiful. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about Norway. I highly recommend this activity!
