Hi Fiona, First of all you were not three, they were. You haven't been on the tour. That being said, I can only once more, as in our conversations on Tuesday, apologise for this communication error. The minimum amount of people for the beer safari is 4. It used to be 2 earlier and sometimes we still do private tours for fewer people, which are not booked as group tour. In this particular case there was unfortunately no other option than to cancel the tour and refund the customers. Of course the message about the cancellation should have reached the group in a timely manner, and we will improve our routines to make sure that this doesn't happen again. I understood the issue regarding which you had called to be that your son had received an email from Viator, which erroneously stated that he would not be refunded. This is why I clarified and promised that I will contact Viator and make sure that he does receive a full refund. We were ready to offer an alternative activity to the group, but before getting to that, you had already sent a text message demanding a free tour, or else you would leave a bad review.
