After all, there are Austrian celebrities from Swartzenegger to Sissi – many others in between. Celebrities also from many countries, didn`t even recognized all before reading the sign.
However, the main thing I remembered was the taste of funding - ticket sales only offered overpriced photos on carts - unless you were really asking for a mere admission ticket ... Photos are, frankly, a waste of money - be careful not to be pressured like this (unless you really want to)!
The exhibition itself was in some places spiced with unnecessarily powerful background music, even with a smaller volume it does well. Or was it because there weren't that many visitors at the time? Did the music echo from the corners?
The route was easy and ended at a kiosk where you can buy some memorabilia for yourself (and get a photo if you bought one).
The location is in an amusement park, so there is more to do if you don't mind watching the wax dolls.

Anyway - what we saw didn't impress us.

Did not find the dummies that realistic. All had perfect skin and looked very unreal. I suppose people's expectations are a lot more than when Tussauds first started. The Queen looked nothing like the real queen and seemed much taller than when I met her. Needs a bit of Disney magic . Think that it has had its day.

I'll be honest, we only visited here because it was free entry with the Vienna Pass and it was right next to the Prater Wheel that we had come to do. However, both my wife and I were surprised by just how much fun it was.

There are lots of props for you to use in your photos with the different figures (most of whom are well known although a few were Austria-specific and thus unknown to us). Thus you could dress up and have tea with Audrey Hepburn, sing with Freddie Mercury, share the podium with Niki Lauda, explore the sewers with Harry Lime or (as my wife did) give a one fingered critique of her music to Taylor Swift.

There were also a couple of attempts at more interactive exhibits, including a Hitchcock/Psycho shower scene and a VR headset drive through the country with an Austrian TV Doctor.

It didn't much more than an hour to go round, so that would have to weighed up against the ticket price, but if you're a ViennaPass user then I would definitely recommend coming here, especially if you're already visiting Prater for the Wheel or Fairground.

Good and relaxing time to be spent with your family! You can have funny pictures with the characters by dressing up with the related props from rooms!

We visited strictly because it was included in our Vienna Pass and we were in the area. Ended up having fun - some very good likenesses of celebrities and Austrian figures. The exhibits were well displayed and interactive.
