We joined this tour on our first evening so saw Vienna at sunset which was stunning. Our guide Michael shared his passion for his city with us in real depth with humour and respect. We saw parts of the city you wouldn't know were there unless you went under the arch or through the gate and heard about the city's attempts to provide a historic home for its residents while feeding the desires of tourists. Michael's tips for places to visit and eat were very welcome. A lovely start to our time in Austria.

We did the Vienna 1900 tour and it was outstanding. I really wanted to better understand the Austro-Hungarian empire and the reasons for its break up. I also knew very little about Austria and both the first and second world wars. Our guide Christina was absolutely excellent. She made the history come alive and in just two hours I got to learn so much more about this country and its history.

This might be the best city tour I've ever done. Christopher was knowledgeable, engaging, and funny. The information he shared was a very well-balanced mix of people, society, politics, culture, etc. The stops were well picked, and the packing was just right. Can't recommend this enough.

I did the Free Walking Tour (tip based) of Austria in the time of war and Hitler. Our guide Christina was fabulous. She was a history major and her knowledge of Austrian history was second to none. She also managed to make the tour fun, by injecting humour into her narration. I highly recommend this tour with Christina.

This is very touristy but we had a good time. It was the perfect low key thing to do upon our arrival after a long travel day. The only downfall is that we booked through trip advisor who charged my card and then the company actually required us to pay in cash so I was charged double. Disputing the charge with the credit card company now.

We attended the Hitler Walking Tour with guide Christina. We highly recommend this tour to anyone wishing to know more about Hitler’s time in Vienna. This was a highly informative tour, which included information regarding both world wars. The pace was perfect, the stops were logically organized, and Christina was an absolute delight!

Fantastic tour! Christina, our guide, was funny and smart. She definitely made the tour a million times better! The tour was around 2 hours but time just flew by.

I enjoyed this walking tour. Our guide was informative and animated. I learned about Austria's history and culture. I recommend taking this tour at the start of your visit to get an introduction of the city. The only downside was the group was a little big (I think more than 20 people) and our guide rarely checked in between stops if the group is still complete.

Worst experience. The guide was not interactive.He was speaking so low that it felt like I am deaf. On top of that it was a big group but still he took us to the noisy places. it was disorganized. Not informative at all. It's very hard to follow the group in loud and noisy surroundings. Not recommended at all.

This was a truly wonderful walking tour! Christina, our guide was funny and smart and did an excellent job telling us the history of the city in an understandable and logical way that everyone appreciated. I would highly recommend this tour!

Lovely walking tour covering a broad range of viennas history. Our guide, Magdeline, was fantastic and very enthusiastic.

Roderick was a fantastic walking guide from WW2 to present. He was extremely knowledgeable and very engaging. We appreciate the extra iPad photos and trivia

We have been on some tip based tours before, and this is sadly one of the worst we have been on. Our guide Joseph has a lot of knowledge, but he talked more about general European history, than Viennas. I understand that we often need to know the big picture to understand the smaller stories, but it was just too much information and then it eventually felt irrelevant. We started the tour at 3 PM, and did not move to the second building until 3.30 PM. The only thing we take with us from the tour is that The Habsburg dynasty was important in Austrian history. We know more about Napoleon than Vienna. He did not tell us what different buildings were before they became museums. We tried to ask him questions, but he spoke himself out of them. I hope that he in the future can focus more on Vienna as a city, because clearly the guy has a lot of knowledge! At least we got to see some beautiful buildings!

We had a great time with our gide michael. He was enthousiastic and gave great tour with a lot of tips for what to do during our stay. We learned a lot would recomend.
