A wonderful tour of Vienna in English. Not only did we learn the rich of this wonderful city but we really it was done is a really personalised way. Our guide was very helpful in recommending the best places to visit across the city so I would strongly recommend anybody visiting Vienna to make this tour one of the first things they do.

This was a perfect walking tour. Herbert was very knowledgeable of European history and the imperial dynasties. It was a very small group so he was able to be attentive to each of us with ease. He also provided very valuable touring tips to help us better enjoy our time in Vienna without getting ripped off.
Thank you Herbert. The tour was perfect.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and packed a lot into 2 hours. We were a small group which was good. I would have liked a bit more time to take photos and we were also unable to get through to our guide by phone as we were running late. Fortunately we arrived in time but we had a few anxious minutes.

Thank you for your review.
I beg your pardon that you haven’t got enough time for pictures, you should tell me.
Why you could reach me by cell phone I don’t know because it operates regular.

We went with Orsolya Illes, and she did a very good job. She introduced us to Vienna, told some good stories, and she took care of everybody in the group. The day after we revisited the most interesting sights.

We joined Herbert and four guests today on our morning walk through the streets and alleys of Vienna. It was very informative, nicely paced and he even organised a smattering of snow for us. Rug up and you’ll enjoy a couple of hours of Herbert’s company.

Herbert did a great job of highlighting all the key historical sites in Vienna. I loved how he uses a tablet to help us visualize the changes to Vienna throughout the years. He is very knowledgeable and you’ll get to see details about Vienna that only a local would know. Highly recommend this tour!

Herbert, our guide took us on a very interesting and informative walk around Vienna. He included all the history of the city, Hofburgs, Roman city walls and pointed out places to not miss. Tour ended at St Stephen’s Cathedral and Herbert made excellent recommendations for restaurants and places not to miss. Would definitely recommend as it orients you to the city and the culture

Do you get to actually go into the Imperial Treasury or National Library on the tour or just see where their entrance is located?

Hi, can't see the logic in not adding a single traveller to a group tour. It seems to be operated by Viennatour email: office@viennatour.at Tel.: +4316641616174. Good luck.

I bet there is a minimum of 2 people that must sign up for the tour and you might be the very first person to sign up. I imagine that more people will have signed up in a few months and you will be able to book. We booked the day before the tour.
how long is the tour, time ?
