Pace of biking was good and brisk. Saw highlights of Vienna. Perfect for our short time here. Guide had good info, but kept it to a brief overview!

This tour was the highlight of my trip to Austria. Sina was an incredible tour guide... knowledgeable, great at helping a diverse group become comfortable and close for a beautiful day together, and explaining every step of the day. Also the bikes were excellent quality, and the wine stops were thoughtfully curated

We hired bikes and accessories to ride from Vienna to Budapest. Everything was great. All the equipment was high quality and the bikes were comfortable and easy to ride. Overall a really positive experience.

LOVED this tour! Our tour guide, Tomas, was wonderful- 6 ⭐️! So much fun getting out of the City and exploring a couple of beautiful, small towns in Wachau Valley. The bikes were easy and a great way to get around. Wine tastings and lunch were fantastic. Explored town on both sides of the river. Highly recommend.

Guide very knowledgeable- bikes were in good condition too- we stopped at the main highlights and around main buildings in Vienna- English was also excellent

We had Tim as our tour guide and he was great, we had the best time!! Very informative and it was great to see the countryside, which was beautiful. Would definitely recommend the bike tour, as you are able to see more than if you were able to do so via car/van.

On balance, this was an excellent tour: well-organized, well-explained by the guide (Marco), and full of amazing wine, architecture, and food. Directions to the pick-up spot were easy to follow, and Marco was there to greet us on arrival. We traveled in a group of eight (plus Marco), in a very comfortable Mercedes passenger van. (Note: it was very warm when we visited Vienna, but Marco was incredible in keeping the van very cool and inviting throughout the day.) During our drive (approximately 1 hour from Vienna), Marco explained a lot to us (using an excellent microphone and speaker so that everyone could hear), about the wine region, the history, and how the varietals had subtle differences. The two wineries we visited were picturesque, inviting, and INSTAGRAMable. Marco was great in his explanations of each wine, eliciting our comments, and answering any questions we had along the way. For lunch, Marco took us to a traditional "heuriger": essentially a wine restaurant with picnic-style lunch. Most of the people surrounding us were locals or Austrians on holiday. It was a wonderful way to experience Austrian culture outside of Vienna, and sample more wines (and traditional cuisine). My wife is a vegetarian, and even she was able to find delicious choices on the menu. After lunch, we took a beautiful cruise along the Danube for approximately one hour. It was pleasant, relaxing, and an opportunity to enjoy some sites outside of Vienna in a very chill atmosphere. The boat had indoor and outdoor tables, with A/C, and a full menu (in case anyone was still hungry after lunch!) At the conclusion of the boat ride, Marco met us and drove home, but made quick reference to the Melk Abbey. (Note: the fine print of the tour mentions this but I didn't pay attention to it until we got there. The tour of Melk Abbey only takes place in the winter months. I'm not sure why, but the Abbey tour is not part of the summer experience.) We returned to Vienna approximately 9 hours after our original departure, and had a pleasant experience. Again, Marco was an awesome, personable tour guide and driver, and I would recommend this tour to anyone who is looking for an outside-of-Vienna experience for a day trip, who enjoys dry white wines.

Vienna explorer made our bike trip to Budapest an astonishing experience. The bikes were from KTM and super stable and light. All equipment needed was included. We had a blast biking to Budapest within seven days. Thanks also to the very friendly and helpful team!

Host was very knowledgeable, we were really impressed. Easy to do, the bikes were well maintained. Would recommend for a great whistle stop tour of Vienna (3 hours).

Tomas was an amazing guide and the other guests were delightful. I would highly recommend, especially if you want to see Vienna outside of the city.

The city is amazing and the tour guide (Markus) was excellent. Very knowledgeable, funny and made our three hour tour great even for my 11 year old twins.

We joined the group in Krems. Very friendly staff. Due to our scheduling conflict we couldn't make the tour for the day we had booked. Staff at Vienna Explorer were able to change our tour to next day with no issues. Wineries we visited had excellent wines. Our tour guide Thomas was friendly and accomodating. Didnt feel like we were pushed to get from one place to another. Momo at Krems office was very nice and welcoming. Didnt have any issues with bikes we rented. On a hot day I'd rent an ebike. Saves energy. Overall good experince. I would go back to them again.

Great day cycling around the valley. The guide (Tim) was excellent, very knowledgeable about the area and the wines. The bikes were very good. There was a good balance of cycling, stopping at wineries (we stopped at two), and a wander around a lovely little village as part of lunch break. Lunch was at a local village restaurant and was perfect. Highly recommend
