The Concert was fabulous. Orchestra and performers were excellent. Dinner prior to the concert was very disappointing, it was apparent that anyone who wasn’t part of the concert package received priority service. Quality of food and deliver times of courses were disappointing.

The program was great - festive, fun, and family friendly. The Orchestra played Mozart and Strauss. We enjoyed it very much. We went to the Christmas Market beforehand, which was also very festive and enjoyable, without being too busy or expensive. Would definitely return!

Amazing concert at a beautiful venue, the conductor, orchestra and singers were excellent and engaging. The meal was good. The palace visit was very interesting. If anything let the event down was the organisation at the beginning at the meeting point, a bit chaotic with no directions or indications

Overall, this was positive and memorable, but the tour was a bit chaotic to start with because there were so many tours launching at the same time. The guides had trouble keeping their groups paced so we had to halt abruptly in some places because other groups were still in the rooms we were entering. Dinner was very nice, but no vegan or vegetarian options just FYI. The concert itself was excellent! From what I heard, the 23rd is one of the most crowded nights, so time your tour so it isn’t so close to Christmas if you want a better palace tour experience. Give yourself time to find the meeting place for the tour, and enjoy the marketplace in front of the palace ahead of the time if you can. EASY to access by metro. It is BEAUTIFUL experience if you bring patience and a good attitude!

Enjoyable tour of the palace. The audio guide lets you go through at your own pace. The concert was better than we were expecting, as we are not really classical music fans. The length was terrific and the performers were brilliant and engaging.

This was a really enjoyable evening. Evan, if you're not a fan of classical music, it was lovely just to experience a taste of Mozart & Strauss performed by excellent musicians & 2 singers & even though we couldn't understand the words we got the gist of what was going on by their performance. It was fantastic to wander around the famous Schonbron Palace with just a small group of people & the meal was excellent (apart from the dumplings, but that's just my personal taste!) The only negative I would say is that there were no directions as to where to go & we were wondering around in the dark & the Palace staff seemed unaware of the event so if you do go, & it was well worth it, give yourself plenty of time.

Ticket instructions are a little confusing but with some effort we figured it out. A call to the vendor helped a lot. The tour was well directed but the walk to the concert venue was a distance from the palace and you need to walk fast to keep up. The concert however was excellent. 1 1/2 hours with a 1/2 hour intermission.

The coupons for food were dismal. Only selection was chicken schnitzel (chicken tenders) and potato chips and that was it. Nothing available for gluten free options. Lines at the only available concession stand were not clearly marked and very long. Music was good but thought the concert would be in the palace not side building.

Absolutely splendid! A real delight. Seven musicians sounding like twenty, lovely singers, a wonderful evening. However the catering was below standard, but the rest of evening made up for that by a mile.

Palace tour was short but very interesting. Dinner was a three course meal and well paced. The music concert we could have listened to for hours more. The male singer was exceptional.

Short limited tour of palace guides didn’t wait for us or show us way from dinner to concert. Had to scramble around in the rain. Dinner marginal. Concert was good upgrade to vip positions if you’re an audio connoisseur

The artistry and musicianship of this concert is rivaled only by its glamorous historical setting. Listening to Mozart where he once performed was the thrill of a lifetime!! The musicians showed pure joy in sharing these beautiful works with the audience and clearly had a fabulous rapport with their entertaining conductor. My only criticism is the lack of programs for non VIP guests. If you pay to attend a concert, everyone is entitled to a listing of the music that was shared. This applies regardless of the seats purchased. A simple page will do if the booklet form is cost prohibitive.

Great experience except for the dinner- the food was tasty, the staff was friendly- but it was excessively hot inside with no fans or AC, and it took way too long to get through the meal (about 1.5 hours for a simple meal)- it was torture. Dinner started with hot broth soup- tasty, but not appropriate for a stifling hot summer day! A salad would have been appreciated. Entree was beef (heavy, but tasty) and potatoes (delish). Dessert- apfelstrudel (delish). Concert was wonderful. Venue- magical (thankfully they had a few fans to move the still air). Palace tour was very interesting (audio tour was great). If dinner was served faster, there would have been more time to walk off dinner through the amazing gardens. We only had about 15 minutes.

our experience was part of a 40th birthday surprise weekend away for my wife, she had no clue on what i had planned and she was completely overwhelmed. The tour was personable if not brief, i believe there is much more to see but for the evening it was enough. The meal was beautiful and cooked to perfection, unfortunately the weather was extremely hot that day and the restaurant was on the warm side making it a bit uncomfortable, some fans would have helped. The concert was incredible, my love had never been to anything that had a classical theme and she was quite emotional at times, the smile never left her face. We took advantage of the VIP option which was well worth the extra as we sat right at the front and thankfully a fan was close by. It was well organised with everyone friendly and happy to help if needed. As a whole i would highly recommend it, we had a perfect evening and a wonderful first day of our long weekend in Vienna.
