About the operator

- anjelica20150 contributionsGreat pleasure and highly recommendedWe had the great pleasure of a cocktail tour with Viktoria through selected cocktail bars in Innsbruck. The cocktails served were simply sensational! There was information about the history of each bar and also exciting informations about the cocktails. Viktoria leads the tours with a lot of humor and competence. It was just fun! After this tour, I began to understand that the preparation of cocktails goes far beyond mixing alcoholic beverages and is actually an art. By the way, the cocktails are also available non-alcoholic.Written January 5, 2024
- thomascN6433NE0 contributionsA must when in Innsbruck!Highly recommend one of Victoria's tours - we did the Signature Cocktail Tour and thoroughly enjoyed discovering small bars we hadn't even realised where there serving delicious cocktails with a regional twist. Victoria was such a natural host and we enjoyed getting to know her and hearing about her passion for the Tyrol.Written December 11, 2023
- Q1565UFpatrickr0 contributionsIf you like beer, you'll love this tour.Vicky was our guide and she was excellent with very good English. We were escorted by Vicky onto a tram to visit two small breweries in Innsbruck. The first was the Tiroler Bier Brauerei Baumgartner where we met the Master Brewer, Niklas. Niklas explained to us in very good English, the process of beer brewing. We then had a tasting (with pretzels) and also had a chance to sample other products brewed/distilled on this site. The second brewery was Bierfabrik. This is a very new brewery inside a bar, whose Master Brewer had a very clear vision of the product he was producing. Sorry I can't remember his name. It was interesting talking to him and hearing about the journey he had had setting up a new brewery whilst Covid was raging throughout the world. We liked the beer and the pretzels. This was such an interesting tour and we highly recommend it to everyone even if they are not beer drinkers.Written March 11, 2023

This was a great little tour to end one of our busy days sight-seeing. Victoria was amazing at working around our short trip to Innsbruck and made a time for our tour. It ended up even being a private tour for just the two of us at no extra charge!
Victoria as a guide was very friendly and had several interesting spots picked out. She even gave us some control, asking us about what we were interested in and adding a extra spot to the tour that fit our mood! She did a great job pairing foods and snacks with each beer and giving us a nice sense of what "Tyrolean" beer is all about. It was also so cool to be taken to real local spots, instead of just the 'touristy' bars. It gave us a great sense of both the local beer and local beer culture, all while staying totally local and enjoying what INNSBRUCK specifically had to offer.
