Dear Guest, our computer system ensures, that no handling can be executed in the system after the departure time of the boat. So due to the fact, that you went to the ticket counter after 7pm, the employee was not able to find your reservation. The employee apologized for any inconvenience and offered you a tour for the next day, which you denied. Due to your late arrival at the ticket counter (computer system access for this tour was already closed), the employee had also to call his supervisor to get information about your booking details. We have no idea, why you argue, that when you called the service number, somebody hung up. The supervisor you must have called yesterday, is doing a great professional job since more than 35 years and would never hang up a call. As well the employee at the ticket counter had been shocked, when he learnt from your comment, that he should have laughed in your face, probalby you misunderstood his efforts in this matter.
