Luxury coach, excellent tour guide and a very competent driver. The guide, Sophia, explained everything as we traveled and we learned a lot of the local history. We had considered hiring a car but this is a much better way of finding things out.

One of the best trips i have done in cyprus .and well done to the bus driver and vassos the tour guide from start to finish.i leant more than i ever did before about cyprus in one day.very interesting but also sad as u walk threw the ghost town of famagusta which was once the number one tourist destination and now just hotels shops all closed damaged abandoned due to 1974 civil war.SUCH A SHAME .also visited salamis anceint city amazing.its a must do trip when you visit cyprus.

Interesting and informative tour. Highly recommended. Our tour guide gave a detailed and impressive background to the history of Cyprus and the effects religion and politics have had on the island.

Wonderful to see the St Barnabas church, the ancient city of Salamis and the walled town of Famagusta, a fascinating glimpse of the Turkish side of Cyprus

Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and very thoughtful. We appreciated the narrative starting with the ancient then medieval and finally the modern city of Famagusta.

The trip from the agency was very well planned. The guide was knowledgeable, attentive and caring about all travelers. We enjoy every stop and the whole journey. Sometimes there were wish to stop the moment. Excellent. I recommend!

Usually stay away from big tour groups, but this one ran smoothly and allowed a good deal of independent exploring compared to what I would have expected. The sites of course are well worth seeing, and the trip ran very smoothly.

We had a great trip with Zofia, very knowledgeable tour guide with lots of interesting facts. Saw 3 beautiful monasteries. Some scenic views and a lovely spot for lunch at a local restaurant. Also stopped at a very cute town called Omodos and tried some delicious homemade cakes. These are a must try in you’re in town!! Only downside was the bus was so hot, not sure why as it was not too hot outside.

Having arrived at my Paphos hotel at 9 p.m. on arrival, at 7.45 the next morning I was picked up and taken on an 11.5-hour trip diagonally across the island. The ghost city of Varosi was astounding, a resort unused for 50 years and with hotels still damaged from the conflict, the ghost village we passed scarcely less so. Salamis and Famagusta were both very interesting. Vassos our guide was impressively well-informed and gave us the context from a Greek Cypriot viewpoint. My only problem was that the rest of week was less interesting.

The most amazing trip across the length of the island and into the de facto Turkish part. Amazing sights of ancient history, notably Salamis, and not so great sights of more recent history in the abandoned town of Varosha. So sad to witness, but important all the same in understanding Cyprus’s past. Vassos, our guide has a wealth of knowledge which we all benefitted from. Fitos did a brilliant job of getting the rather large coach through seemingly impossible gaps. Very well done to both A very full day, but worth every minute, from 7.30 in the morning to nearly 8 in the evening.

Absolutely brilliant trip, I forgot the driver's name, but both the driver and guide, Vasos, we're friendly and welcoming. Very detailed tour with lots of information. Vasos was very good with the timings and itinerary, being very clear on how long we were visiting a particular spot and how long until the next spot. So much knowledge provided on each site. A long day - but definitely worth it.

A long day, but we really enjoyed it all! The bus was comfortable and air conditioned, and we were able to leave belongings on there when getting off at each of the stops which was very handy. Guide was lovely, experienced and knowledgeable. It was very interesting to hear more about the history of the island and the situation today in the north. Definitely recommend.

Nice, very informative and well organized trip. The guide has good sense of humor. May be the time, spent in Varosi was to short, but if were staying more, the excursion will be to long.

Really interesting tour - lots of history and our guide was very knowledgable. Would recommend although would note that it’s a long day so make sure to prepare to be tired afterwards! Also make sure you have a British or EU passport for the border crossing!!
