I booked taxi online 3 weeks in advance and got confirmation email. Night before the ride they canceled the ride. Explanation was "driver got sick"

Private Car booked and paid for before travelling to Cyprus. Our plane was delayed and the driver was very rude as if it was our fault. Surely that is why the flight details are provided, so it can be monitored. He did not offer any help with our luggage. (look at their website and the benefits of using them) Return journey: 3 people were sharing our vehicle, and already in the vehicle. Neither party had been advised until getting into the vehicle. According to Max7taxi and their T&C's private car does not mean "fully private, just airport transportation" My future trips to Cyprus will definitely not include this company.

Scammers !!!! Do not use. We booked for a private transfer- 60 euros . When we were picked , they also picked up another couple from the airport. Despite them not providing what we paid for, they still argued we should pay them 60 euros, per couple. 120 euros larnaca to protaras for 4 people they ended up being paid . Do not use!

This was our first time using Max7 Taxi for our airport transfers. We chose them because the price was very reasonable compared to others we have previously used whose prices have rocketed in recent years. Our driver was waiting at Larnaca with our name clearly on his tablet. He helped with the suitcases and got us to our hotel quickly in a very comfortable and clean Mercedes Estate. On our return a different driver picked us up from our hotel reception at the appointed time, again with our name displayed clearly on his tablet. He loaded our cases into the smart clean 7-seater Mercedes minibus and got us to Larnaca airport in good time. We were really impressed with this company and recommended them to two other couples who also stay regularly at the same hotel as us.

The website is pathetic the owner is extremely rude, not recommended. There are other companies in area but never book with this one

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I booked a taxi for 18:30 and they turned up at 6:30am instead and expected me to pay them €50. When I said I would not be doing this he rang me and shouted at me and called me a f***ing bast**d

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The worst taxi company I have ever dealt with. Failed to turn up for 2 pre arranged pickups from and to the airport then tried to tell me it all all my fault through rude and threatening messages.

The taxi was supposed to be at our hotel at 5 o'clock to pick is up to get our plane home. It got to 5 past 5 and not heard anything from taxi company so I got my partner to email asking where the taxi was. After 10 minutes we had a reply say taxi will be with you shortly. The taxi driver rang and told me traffic is not good and he will be with me in 5 minutes. After 10 minutes the driver showed up It was very hot myself and children got in the car there was no water didn't even get offered any water!! The driver was constantly on his phone voice messaging and taking calls and even texting while driving!! He was all over the road myself and the children didn't feel very safe!! I even had to ask the driver to turn on air conditioning as it was very hot !! The driver was very rude constantly on his phone !! I even thought at one point we was going to go into another car !! Driver slammed breaks on and there is me saying oh my gosh thinking we could of gone into the car infront!!! I emailed maxi7taxi to explain this is what happened on our journey back to the airport,my reply was disgusting it said u had ur journey back to the airport it's done I don't no what you expect me to do about this !! (Very rude) no apology for the journey on the way back to airport or even a refund for the journey.😒 Please don't use this taxi company!!!

I was recently surprised and very pleased by Max7Taxi, especially after reading some of the mixed reviews people wrote. I had a great experience. Before arriving I booked a reservation and when I got there the driver was already waiting for me. The car was clean and cozy with the driver being professional and friendly thus made the journey to my hotel very pleasant. As such, I was so impressed by my initial ride that I requested Max7Taxi again upon returning back to the airport. The thing that impressed me most was how fast this service is. The driver knew the best routes which helped me reach my destinations faster than expected time. It’s obvious how much they will charge you for their services – no hidden fees. Among all those taxi services that I have tried out, Max7Taxi stands as one of the best options available. Some reviews may not show it but from what I experienced, this is something that people should highly consider trying out. However, do not be discouraged by any negative comments because in reality Max7Taxi has lived up to its name

Avoid avoid avoid!! I wish I had seen the reviews before booking with this terrible company! We were picked up from the airport by a rude driver who made our 6 year old sit on my knee in the back which is totally unsafe. There was no reason for this as there was a spare seat in the front next to the driver, we asked why this could not be used and he ignored us. I emailed the company to inform them and asked that we have 8 seats available on the way back which we did however we were taken on a detour to Ayia Napa to pick up 3 other people! Apparently there was a problem with their vehicle which I find hard to believe after reading the other reviews. We booked a private direct transfer for a reason! This company is a disgrace and you only have to read the replies on these reviews to see how they deal with their customers!

Terrible experience with Max Taxi Cyprus. I accidentally booked a taxi for 9:15 instead of 8:30. When I tried to change it, they said they couldn’t come earlier and agreed to cancel. Later, they offered another taxi for €50, which I declined. When I asked for a refund, they were extremely rude and unprofessional, saying, “You will never get a refund” and “You make mistake.” They accused me of wasting their time, even though no service was provided. Avoid Max Taxi Cyprus. Their customer service is awful, and they don’t communicate their policies clearly. Find a more reliable taxi service. This highlights the poor service and unprofessionalism clearly.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with They are not respectful at all and do not care about the opinions of their partners and customers. Their service is very bad and they are disrespectful drivers. I do not advise anyone to book from them or to think about partnering with them because it will be the worst investment in your life I will attach a picture in which I told him that I would publish a review on Trip Advisor, and this was his response Please beware of this failed, unprofessional company

Avoid them !!! Total disrespect and lack of manners, and terrible in doing business, I am not a normal customer, we wanted to work together as business partners but the owner was disgustingly disrespectful, we asked him a simple question then he raged on Us like maniacs ! I advise not to book with them ever !

I ordered return taxi to and from airport to ayia napa, was at the collections point 15 minutes before and called 5 min after he was supposed to be there was told they would be 5 mins called a further 10 mins later to a mouth full of abuse, was told they had been trying to call me but no missed calls, had to pay for another taxi back to airport
