We had transfers booked from Larnaca to our hotel and vice versa on the return journey. The staff member at the desk within Larnaca airport was kind and efficient.
We had a smaller mini-coach heading to hotels as evening flight.
On our return flight which was an afternoon flight we had a large coach and once again efficient, indeed it arrived a few minutes earlier than planned.

Can I understand why I was told my transfer route was changed suddenly FROM Lanarca - Aiya Napa TO Lanarca - Limassol with ADDITIONAL surcharges just FEW days before service after FULL PAYMENT because the tour operator CANNOT run the route suddenly? What can I do if the tour operator says I can keep my reservation but V.M. Mantovani Plotin Travel Ltd. cannot provide me service? Does the tour operator REQUESTS tourists to change their ITINERARY because of their service problems?

Once I arrived at the airport, they had my name printed and was waiting for me.They were very professional and disked me quickly to my ride and was in town within 20 minutes. Great staff and driver.
