Before I booked with this company I messaged on WhatsApp to ask a few questions regarding baby and child seats for our journey. The person who answered was extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away. I booked over WhatsApp and agreed to pay cash to the driver. On landing I had a message from George our driver telling us where he would be stood and if we couldn’t find him just message or call. George was lovely, very helpful and chatty within our journey to the hotel. I received a message later that day asking how our journey was and if I’d like to book the return, which I did. George arrived to collect us on our return which was a nice touch to see a familiar face. Again our journey was perfect. If we return I would definately choose to use this company again

Booked for transfer from airport to Sliema and then return journey one week later after making an enquiry via e mail. E mails answered very quickly and all further communication was quickly dealt with.
Both taxis were on time with messages sent to me in advance confirming bookings and pick up times.
Very efficient and dealt with all questions well.
Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them.

We used this service to get to and from the airport. They had great communication prior to arrival via WhatsApp and the driver was there upon arrival with our name on a placard as we had hoped. Clean cars and friendly drivers - highly recommended!

The History and Essence of Malta was shared today by Alison who spoke from the heart. Her knowledge and passion was imparted in a timely and appropriate manner that we thoroughly enjoyed. She was entertaining, generous and most of all genuine. We had a marvellous day enjoying some of Malta’s scenery, historical structures and local foods. We first met Alison when she collected us from the airport and took us to our accommodation in Valetta. Enroute she gave us a quick helpful introduction to Malta. She was prompt, friendly and communicated clearly. The car was clean, comfortable and best of all air conditioned which was welcomed during the heatwave.We are pleased she is also taking us back to the airport when we sadly have to leave. The charges we felt were reasonable and great value for money. Get Cabs is tops.

I used this company for transfers from Luqa airport to Gozo, from Gozo to a destination in Malta, and Malta hotel to the airport, along with several other trips.
I especially appreciated that I could make a booking that included going from Malta to Gozo and vice versa, as it took the pressure off me to find a taxi once off the ferry. It was also good to be able to make the crucial travel day bookings ahead of schedule, from the U.K. , and to know the prices.
Jes’s communications are excellent and very helpful. He is quick to respond and sort out any potential problems. Thoroughly reliable. He is, in my opinion, what makes Jcabs a success.
The cars and drivers varied somewhat. Some drivers were excellent, and also spoke excellent English, but some were not as brilliant as hoped. One driver was particularly unimpressive. However, this would probably be the case the world over, as we did have numerous rides with this company.
It would be churlish to give less than five stars. I would give four and a half if I could, as a couple of drivers were questionable. Overall though, a good company with an excellent person at the helm. If I return to Malta, I would definitely use this company again, every time.

The entire Get Cabs team was amazing! We had the pleasure of getting driven by Allison, Deo, George and Jes and we couldn’t have been happier with our service! They went above and beyond for us during our stay! We initially booked for a airport transfer and ended up using them for local transfers, tours and a return airport transfer! They recommended beaches, restaurants and even went so far as to make the reservations for us.

We chose Get Cab because of its many good reviews and they were just as good as everyone said they were. We arrived later than expected, but our driver was obviously tracking our flight and we received a call as soon as we got into the airport to let us know she was waiting, which was very reassuring. We received the same excellent service on the way back with a WhatsApp message from our driver to say she was on the way. She arrived right on time and was friendly and informative on our journey back. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Many thanks.

I was with other 3 friends on vacation in Malta, I booked this private taxi service for 4 persons and 4 luggages from airport to Marriott hotel. We were very satisfied with the service. Driver was on time, friendly, waited outside for us, helped with the luggages and let us made some beautiful Fotos on the way. We ordered the service again for the back. We were as satisfied as the first. Highly recommend!

On time! Professional and responsive! We used JCabs to pick 4 people and 2 pieces of luggage up late at night from Malta airport and take us to our hotel, and the driver was there on time with a sign just as promised. They were very responsive to Whatsapps and also took us to the mandatory swab test for corona, waited for us and brought us back. We also used their services for the return trip to the airport and I have nothing but praise for their professionalism and courtesy
