Wasn’t sure what to expect. The guide took her time to explain about both the wine and chocolates. Explained clearly why they worked together. Very interesting experience!

Funny, creative activity and very good chocolate quality! The girl was super, she also explained a little bit of chocolate history. Really interesting. I strongly recommend ❤️

We did the Harry Potter cocktail event and had a great time. The cocktails and chocolate were so unusual and tasty. We would definitely go to other events here next time we are in Malta.

Presentation and knowledge could have been better, rather than reading the information out. But the session was really enjoyable, 3 different gins and a gin based cocktail (made by each person) was good fun, and paired with chocolates.

Great workshop, so much fun and the wine tasting was very informative. Renee was a great teacher and very sociable, would recommend to go!

Was the perfect start to our holiday here in Malta. The story telling (by Renee, I hope I got that right) was an absolute joy. And now coming to the chocolates and the wines: NOMMM. You must try them to know what I mean.

I recently attended a truffle-making workshop and had a good time! Although I haven't tasted the finished truffles yet, the ingredients we used were fresh and delicious. It was an interesting experience overall, and I’m excited to try the final product

This was a very enjoyable hour with a splattering of educational thrown in for good measure, combining 2 of my favourite things, chocolate and wine. What’s not to love. Thankyou Joanna for making it a highlight of our visit to Malta. Would highly recommend !

Great fun for our family (grandparents, mum & teenagers) making our own chocolate monsters at the Malta Chocolate Factory in St Paul’s Bay, Malta. Friendly, helpful, hostess and we left with our edible creations. Highly recommended.

This was a brilliant, fun-filled, hour long experience. The host was super friendly & helpful. We all (self & wife, aged in 70s, daughter aged 40s, and children aged 12 & 16) had a great time & came away with our delicious creations. Highly recommended for a family outing.

Stay away. Perhaps the only thing that's melted is the Malta Chocolate Factory itself. Food is shockingly bad - 1) melted ham and cheese sandwich without melted cheese. 2) maple syrup pancakes without any syrup. 3) chocolate and fruit waffles without any fruit. AND when staff were asked about the missing syrup and fruit we were told that they don't have them at the moment. TIP TO STAFF...IF YOU DONT HAVE SOMETHING THATS PART OF THE ORDER THEN SAY SO BEFORE SERVING IT. Not even an apology!!! Shocking Oh and by the if you serve chocolate, at least keep the restaurant air conditioned. What a joke

This was money very well spent. We've participated in a few wine etc tastings in the past but this one was extra special. Prepare to be amazed by what you experience and be prepared to question your taste buds and even your own sanity. I don't want to give too much away but the story behind one of the wines in particular is very special and explains why it is so rare and unique. A "must do".

The host was friendly, the chocolate and wine were good. The history of maltese wine production was interesting. It just lacked atmosphere and felt a little awkward at the start.

We had a great experience. The ambience was perfect and the chocolate making was fun! The factory and shop is very cute and the service was great.

The host was very spontaneous, knowledgeable, and hospitable. We had a great time learning about wine pairings and were surprised by some of the combinations. The pairings themselves were also of high quality. I heavily recommend coming here (even if you don't know anything about wine like me) and learning about the history of wines and their pairings next to experiencing these special wines.
