Meeting point was clearly. Communicated and met up on time and easy to locate our guide. There were about 24 in the group but with good audio equipment from the guide, it was easy to follow her and hear clearly what she is saying along the way. A very easy walk that starts at the Mdina fortress gate. Meander thru the fortress and ended at Rabat, the old town. Guide was very knowledgeable, very friendly., and shared many Maltese ways of life alongside the sights as we went. A bathroom break (free entry) about 3/4 way through was nicely timed. Highly recommend doing this with City WalkingTour.

Brilliant tour w family of 4 adults. The tour was made better by charming Marisa's knowledge and enthusiasm for Malta. Architecture, history and food. Strongly recommend.

Unfortunately I did not enjoy most of the food. I tried the Maltese coffee, and little sweet offerings, horse, Maltese sausage, cheese, some sort of spread. I did not find the food visually appealing or tasty. The pea pastry and sourdough tuna and lettuce were nice. The cultural aspect I enjoyed, but being slightly deaf I missed quite a lot.

Best tour I have been on in a long time. Angela,the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and very entertaining. The tour was the perfect balance between food, walking and cultural information. The food was wonderful and I tried dishes I normally would not have. I was honestly surprised at how much food we ate for the tour price - and excellent value. Take this tour with Angela- you will not regret it!

A lovely morning spent walking the streets of Valetta and learning a lot about the history of the stunning city. 4 stops for food / drink, all of which were very local tasting sessions and informative

We did this tour with Ernest as our guide a day ago. The tour, the food tastings and Ernest’s passion and knowledge for his city and its food was outstanding. We learnt a lot about the history of Valletta in a fun way and her food story. At the same time there were sufficient stops to rest up, eat each tasting and introduce oneself to other tourists. Would definitely recommend it. A heads up - there are lots of tastings so suggest you only eat a light breakfast, make sure you have water, a sun hat and sunscreen in warm weather wear sturdy, closed in shoes as there are sections with steep stairs. Above all be on time. We loved it and Ernest really made it special.

We had an excellent tour led by Angel. 2 hours felt about right to explore the city and Rabat. Mdina was incredibly busy with dozens of tour groups from cruise ships. Angel was able to minimise our time spent with them and visit some of the quieter spots in the city. The ear phones also helped with maintaining communication in the busy areas. Angel also recommended restaurants and places to visit which we appreciated and acted on

Angela- our guide, was wonderful, very knowledgeable, and brilliant at guiding. Her enthusiasm was very clear about the city. The group was fairly large, but the headsets were very good ideas, so we could hear her very clearly while not standing right next to her. The city was exceptionally busy, but she guided us around the less crowded streets and alleyways. She made recommendations about restaurants and the museums. Wignecourt musem in Rabat - well worth extra visit for the catacombs and WW 2 shelter.

Mdina was exceptionally busy but Angela did not let this affect the delivery of her walking tour. Her knowledge is outstanding and delivers it with such ease. The headset and earpiece were brilliant. I would have no hesitation in recommending this tour.

The Mdina & Rabat Tour was beautiful. What a stunning area in Malta. Inside Mdina ancient walls was so pretty and Angele was very knowledgeable. This was my second tour with Angele and although we walked at an easy pace, again, we covered every part of the walled town. So enjoyable -stunning! Rabat was less pretty but very interesting with lovely streets. I recommend this tour.
