Hiking the glacier with Andrea from Rome Italy and Dennis from Slovakia was an absolutely beautiful experience. We started our hike at the snout and worked our way up the tongue. The colors of the ice were filled with blues, black from the volcanic ash and trapped bubbles reminding us of champagne. We always felt safe with Andrea and Dennis while maintaining a good balance of adventure and exploration…it was an awesome experience! We would do it again! Thank you Andrea and Dennis!

The COOLEST hike I’ve ever done by far!! Our guide Heini? Hanni? (I hope I’m spelling it right) was super awesome and funny and she made the tour a peak experience for us. Not only did we love talking to her, but she knew so much about the glaciers and Icelandic geography - I learned so much! And obviously the views were unmatched… SO worth it.

Hanni (hope we spelled this right) was amazing and the sun was out so it was so cool seeing the sights with the sun reflecting off different places of the glacier!

Amazing trip with Denis Rosa as glacier guide. We had a small group of 5 people and went far into crevasses and out on far edges. Safety was in focus and we had a real blast of an experience. On this glacier you want to go with Icelandic Mountain Guides or end up in a group with loads of people🥱 Thanks Denis for making our holiday trip the experience of a lifetime!

We tried the ATV today on the black beach, it’s super nice and we have a lot of fun! Everyone should try the ATV, it’s the best! Our tour is pretty nice too, a lot of explaining of the crash airplane and the near volcanoes. Thanks a lot!

We did the tour with Andrès, and it was a great experience thanks to him. He's a really nice guy who shared his knowledge with us, and it was really interesting to learn more about the glacier and Iceland. I highly recommend taking this tour with Andrès.

We had a magical experience thanks to our knowledgeable, friendly guide Heini! We did a 3.5 hour small group glacier hike complete with ice cave and crevasse exploration. This experience blew me away. We saw the sun set across the glacier and made it back to base before full dark. Going with a skilled guide is the ONLY way to do this right and safely - this could be a scary, dangerous experience for some hikers, but Heini was the penultimate guide - she made it fun and interesting while keeping us safe and informed about how to navigate the terrain safely! This was a bucketlist, memory-making experience for us and one we will treasure always.
