A long travel for a short stay
Mar 2020
The lagoon is lovely but the travel to it is over 1 1/2 hours. Sadly we were incorrectly told to be ready for 3.15 when it should of been 3.50 meaning we had only 1 1/2 inside and then were kept waiting in the cold for 1/2 hour. I would recommend doing a combined tour that includes the secret lagoon as the hot springs and waterfall are all nearby. I wouldn’t recommend doing this tour alone.

great driver
Nov 2019
We travelled through the beautiful winter landscape of Iceland and the hot pool was gorgeous, as warm as coffee and so relaxing. But I particularly want to praise the driver, who had to contend with icy roads and fog and drove safely and even remembered to stop off at a service station so that the "little ones" could go to the toilet.

Enjouyable Hot Spring Experience
Nov 2019
Our fitst visit to a hot springs in Iceland that did not disappoint. Enjoyable experience in the hot springs with ample room for many people. Enjoyed the easy in and out of dressing area with clear signage for newbies.

Too much time spent on multiple busses to float for one hour in the lagoon
Aug 2019
As with everything in Iceland, this was an expensive one-hour soak in a not-so-secret lagoon. We had to transfer busses multiple times and sit in a parking lot to wait for another bus to load passengers onto our bus. The lagoon was nice, but most of the day was spent being shuttled around. I don't recommend this tour.

Thank you Judith F for your feedback. It is truly unfortunate that you did not enjoy the visit to the Secret Lagoon. The stay at the Secret Lagoon is always 2 hours and for most that book this transfer and Secret Lagoon only enough to get the idea what our thermal pools in the countryside are like. The combination with Golden Circle may have been a better option for you as this would have included more sites to visit.
