I had an Amazing 2 day trip. The Mini van was clean and tidy. Porsteinn, our guide, kept giving us continuous information about the landscape and all interesting places that we crossed enroute. Porsteinn is very passionate about music and you will get to hear some really great Icelandic music tracks. He also made some extra stops enroute for some great views which were not a part of the itinerary. The glacier hiking experience was too good. The equipment provided was of good quality. The hotel provided by the company was good and i do recommend having the dinner buffet there. Overall, me and my husband had a great, Safe and memorable trip.

I knew from the moment Hinrik picked us up with a big smile and an energetic "What's up guys?!" at 8am in the morning, we were going to have a great time on this tour. Your tour guide can really make or break the experience, especially on a long or multi day tour. We could not have been happier with him. We had a long drive to the glacier from Reykjavik to start off. We heard Icelandic music, stories, and information about the locations we were driving by in a fun conversational manner. When we did the glacier hike, I was a bit nervous but he reassured me by making some jokes with his dry humor and I ended up really enjoying it. We didn't end up going out for the northern lights tour that night because of the weather, but we actually saw them from the guesthouse we stayed in that evening during dinner before the clouds and rain started. We saw the glacier lagoon as the sun was rising and frolicked along the diamond beach the next day. We fought the wind at the Black Sand Beach and then got to see several waterfalls. The wind kicked up on our drive back, Hinrik was comfortable driving the bus and got us home safely. He dropped us back at our bus stop with a big hug and sincere well wishes. The whole tour was wonderful and a highlight of our vacation.

TL:DR We got to see all of the locations we wanted to and had a blast doing it!

The tour guide (Torsteinn) is funny and kind. He brought us to many extra tourist spots and tell us facts about the attractions. It was informative and interesting. He also brought us to the lagoon at a good timing, so we could take good photos of it. The time of the tour is a bit tight in general. You will spend around 30 minutes at each spot and sometimes it is not enough for you to walk around. Luckily the weather of both days is nice, so we didnt skip any attractions like people joined the tour in December. I highly recommend you book the tour after checking the weather even tho it may varies at that time. We were very lucky that we could see a weak northern light at the guest house we stayed. The one we stayed is called Guesthouse Gerði. It was clean but no slippers and kettle are provided. You have to bring your own if you need it. We had the glacier hike and blue ice cave visit in the morning, however the ice cave is smaller than i expected. And maybe due to the snow cover, it wasnt blue like the photos on the internet. The glacier was covered by snow, so its not really a good experience for me. The scenery was ok but it would be much better if we really walked on the glacier instead of snow. I think I would join a glacier hike tour next time. In general I will still recommend this tour to my friends as it gives me an unforgettable experience in Iceland.

Went in winter so daylight hours are reduced. I was worried that this would impact what we saw however our guide, Magnus planned the tour very well so that we didn't miss out on anything. Day 2 was better than day 1 - but due to the long distances to travel there was less to be seen on day 1 as it largely involved seeing sights such as waterfalls and the beach on the way to Jokulsarlon. This just meant that we were able to start and see everything in Jokulsarlon on day 2 before heading back.
The order of events was different to that on the website but we did see everything.
Magnus was very good - he was informative and helpful. Unlike other guides we had over our stay, who seemed to cut timings down on places we were visiting or missing stops out as it seemed they wanted to get back quicker, he was very good at ensuring that we got the most out of our trip.
We didn't see the Northern Lights but thought this was unlikely due to the cloud cover.
If there was one thing to improve it would be for day 1 to include something else (if possible). We did spend 45 mins at a service

We visit nearly all the scenery spots in south coast during this compact tour. The driver also the guide arranged the time properly under extremely uncertain whether. That was a really nice experience especially the wonderful Icelandic music in the minibus.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time with our tour guide Thales! (Hope we have the spelling right). He was very informative and planned the trip so that the weather would not interfere with our places to visit. He even was able to bring us to two other locations that weren’t on our tour but we’re fantastic to see! Thales was so friendly and even took some amazing pictures of us and our group throughout the tour. If you want to have an experience that you will never forget, I highly recommend to pick this excursion!

This tour was incredible! John (Ionut) was our guide and he did an amazing job. He went above and beyond the trip description, stopping at every attraction listed as well as more local hotspots when time permitted. Unfortunately we were unable to see the northern lights, but John did everything within his control to make it happen for us (can't control the weather!). He was constantly giving us information about the local communities we drove passed and stopped in, and made the entire trip very pleasant. Worth every dollar spent (and more!). I'll definitely be recommending this tour to friends and family that are planning a visit to Iceland.

We all received a warm welcome from our great guide Thorsteinn. He managed to go to every place in the best time, like some amazing waterfalls when the sun light was just spectacular. This is a great tour, amazing places, unique scenarios and a surprise for my birthday by our guide Thorsteinn... Great music on board, safe driving. .. everything went perfect!

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. I chose this tour mostly to see the blue ice cave for my research, but when we arrived there it was small, long, low, narrow and dark. Nothing like the photos and videos on the ad.

I feel like I fell in a tourist trap. If you want to see a blue ice cave like the one they advertise, don't expect too much from this tour.

I've tried to talk to them afterwards to get a partial refund since my whole trip was ruined but they won't refund me anything. I have to go back again and hopefully find a honest guide which will show me more beautiful ice caves, just like their photos.
