So well organized! They outfitted us in gear and arranged a beautiful safe tour and opportunity to drive snowmobiles. There were great photo ops too. One of the highlights of our trip to Iceland!

Golden circle private was an amazing, interesting day tour. Did not do glacier, but the sight seeing was just amazing. Great vehicle and Nicolas, the tour guide, was just fantastic

Oscar our guide was wonderful. !!!! Polite, punctual and his super jeep was super cool !!!! Oscar’s knowledge of the area was outstanding whatever questions we had were answered fully. He loves sharing his experiences of living in this amazing part of the world.

We just wrapped up an incredible tour with Activity Iceland, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everything was super organized, making the whole trip smooth and stress-free. The hotels were amazing, with beautiful rooms and great views. It felt like we were staying in the best places Iceland has to offer. The activities were also fantastic – from thrilling glacier hikes to relaxing hot springs, there was something for everyone. Each day was packed with fun and adventure, and we loved every minute of it. Guides were wonderful, always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. They provided us with the necessary equipment and told us stories about Iceland. Overall, this tour was a truly amazing experience. Great organization, friendly staff, awesome hotels, and unforgettable activities. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing tour! Our driver was kind and knowledgeable and we had a lot of fun. We explored the Geysir area, got splashed by the big one :-), the Gullfoss waterfall was spectacular and the highlight was driving on the Langjökull glacier.

I would not recommend booking with this company. We did the Landmannalaugar Super Jeep Tour which was WAY overpriced. Pick up was 40minutes late. Tour guide/ Driver was rude and standoffish, he was silent for the majority of the drive/"tour". Bus was dirty and had a bad odor with no climate control. Seats were uncomfortable. Unclear instructions with no guidance. No explanations were provided during the sightseeing. We were expecting a tour, not just a drive. Our guide was just a driver not a tour guide. To reiterate, the tour was way overpriced for what we were expecting, we feel like this is something we could have done it ourselves as a day trip. Don't feel like we needed a super jeep for this particular route he took us. Save your money and go yourself.

This was a great tour with an amazing guide. Our guide Magnus picked us up near our hotel, and was incredibly friendly and excited to show us a part of his homeland. We did the Golden Circle, stopping at the geysers, the waterfalls, and several other sites. He pointed out things in the landscape that we never would have seen without a local guide. He answered all of our questions and was a great conversationalist. He was entertaining, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable of Iceland's history and culture.

Our guide Aaron treated us to a wonderful day in Thorsmork. We drove through rivers (volcanic deltas really) in super jeep and we hiked near glaciers, volcanoes & waterfalls. Aaron was very familiar with plants and nature in Valley of Thor. We enjoyed hike to Husadalur through green valley. Our group was family ages 19-80. Aaron treated everyone in our group with care and attentiveness.

It was really a good experience. The guide was knowlegdeable, and very polite and reliable. The places which we visited were really unique and beautiful. We did Golden Circle and Jorkursarlon glacier lagoon private tours by a Suburban. The vehicle was in very good condition and was really comfortable for 4 persons. I really recommend Activity Iceland 100%. When we visit again Iceland, we will book again with them for sure. The overall service is excellent as in all aspects Super formal and had what we expected from a private tour.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Truck seats 16 people there were 12 on our trip. Pick up bus stop 3 First stop waterfalls Second stop Snowmobiling this was just amazing, it was the highlight of our trip it’s definitely bucket list and is a must . Approx 1 hour but the is ample time as it was very cold , all the gear to wear is provided to wear over your own warm clothing, waterproof boots are a must as the snow is deep up in the glacier. Third stop Geyer Four stop National Park 8:30- 6pm day went quick definitely worth it and don’t hesitate to book this is a MUST. Thank you for a wonderful experience, fun making memories

Absolutely fantastic day trip. Maximus are tour guide was brilliant. It is expensive but was so worth it, the snowmobiling and views are something else. You stop at a lot of places for toilet and food stops so I would just bring water and some snacks.

It is impossible to put into words the incredible experience we had with Aron. We had been in Iceland for 5 nights already with no luck seeing the lights. On night 6 we took this tour and everything came together for success! There was certainly some luck involved, but Aron was calm, patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely excited to see the lights with us. It was beyond stunning. He had the ideal location for clear skies without distracting lights. I would repeat this experience in a heartbeat!

This was a great adventure: We were picked up in a modified minibus that had monster truck style tires (ICE2). It was about a 45 minute drive out of the city and to a water fall, the driver was also the guide he was very friendly and knowledgeable, we then went off road to the base camp where we were kitted out for the snow mobiles, the snow mobiles were great, I really enjoyed them I cant say the same for my wife who was on the back and screamed for most of the journey. If i had one criticism of the snow mobiles, it was the staff leader went off at a great pace which encouraged all us rookies to try and keep up, which resulted in one couple tipping the snow mobile over and several other riders being left behind as they were not confident at speed (although another member of staff did stay with them). After the snow mobiles we went to the Geyser, and then off to the national park. The whole excursion lasted about 8hours and whilst not cheap, it was certainly an adventure and an experience which i would recommend.

We had a fabulous time on the golden circle and snowmobiling trip. It’s actually one of the best trips I’ve ever been on. From start to finish I couldn’t fault it. Everything was timed to perfection. Our driver Nicholas was second to none, His knowledge and driving skills were exceptional. I would thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone. Well worth it.
