Overall a fantastic experience if you’re after a tour at multiple stops and a bit of snowmobiling. If you’re after either then personally I would book separately. The snowmobiling was a little disappointing. We went out with about 30 other snowmobiles, all in a single file going no faster then 25kph (due to other riders not being confident or even crashing their snowmobile). If you’re looking for snowmobiling book separately as I’m sure a longer experience in a smaller group would have been fantastic. As for the tour, it was superb. Our guide was very informative and friendly, the Super Jeeps is an absolute animal of a vehicle, that was an experience in itself! The stops at the Waterfall, Hot Springs and Tectonic Plates were breathtaking.

We absolutely LOVED the tour. Our guide was so friendly and enthusiastic. We had so much fun, learned a lot and made memories that will last forever. I thouroughly recomend.
Tips:
They will provide you with extra snow suits for the glacier as well as face covers and gloves, however, the gloves were not the warmest, so I'd invest on a very good pair to take with you on the day. At -20, it gets chilly!
You'll get about 1.5 hour to eat lunch and explore the geysers. Depending on the queues at the restaurant, you might not get much time for the geysers, which is a shame as they're incredible (and only erupt ever 5/10 minutes). So maybe bring your own packed lunch if you want to save time (and money - Iceland is extremely expensive!).

We enjoyed the Golden circle jeep tour and snowmobile and recommend it as the best way to spend a day that really shows you that part of Iceland.
We laughed so much on the very professional snowmobile part of the trip and the Mountaineers of Iceland hosts provide you with a head/ neck scarf, full protective body suit, gloves and helmet.
You do not need a hat, scarf or gloves but where warm comfortable clothing.
Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and professional… Thank you G 😊 you made the trip magical

Our family (including kids aged 11 and 12) had a really great day on this tour. The super jeep was a very cool way to travel and meant that the group size was really small. Our guide Einar was fantastic - full of information and made us all feel really relaxed. He was an excellent driver in the snowy conditions, and even when we had a flat tire, he dealt with it in 10 minutes and no drama. Also a brilliant music playlist in the jeep!
The scenery was beautiful. We seemed to arrive at each stop before the bigger groups, and with the perfect light. The snowmobiling was definitely the highlight - great fun and simply stunning up there on the glacier.

This tour was near perfect, the tour guide was great, he was friendly, helpful and very informative about the locations we were visiting and Icelandic history.

We visited in January, where the average daylight is about 4 hours. So time is tight, I do believe the first stop we could’ve had more time as it was quite a rush and you do have to walk a fair bit to the viewing site of the waterfall and if you were disabled or couldn’t walk that fast you would’ve struggled to have spent a decent amount of time taking in the views. Therefore, I can imagine when there’s more daylight available you’ll have longer but it’s just something to bear in mind.

The Snowmobiling was excellent, the guides were informative and helpful. It provided us with an amazing overall experience.

After doing the tour of southern Iceland the day before on a coach and then doing this in a Super Jeep we couldn’t help ourselves but to compare. The Jeep is quite tight when everyone is wearing coats and especially the overalls for the Snowmobiling and if you don’t like being on top of each other I would consider a coach; also the Jeep can be quite noisy. As cool as the Jeep is, if you’re not worried about that, I would say a coach is more of a pleasant journey.

But overall the tour was well worth the money and we left feeling like it was one of our best experiences in Iceland.

This tour provides a great overview of the Golden Circle. We had a great time and really enjoyed the snowmobile trip.

I wouldn't spend money on the super jeep part again because it was really just a minivan with big wheels. I expected an actual jeep so this was a disappointment. I could have done a similar tour for much less money and I would definitely not choose the super jeep next time.

The stops were great and mostly allowed enough time to have a quick experience at a high level. The snowmobile part was the best and we had so much fun that I would definitely make time for this again on my next visit.

Overall, I recommend this tour but don't get excited about the super jeep.

Picked up in a custom made super jeep was the start to a jaw dropping adventure, the weather was perfect for the most beautiful views of the glacier and the snow mobile activity was well managed and equipped. I cannot recommend this tour enough, finished the day walking between the two tectonic plates of Eurasia and N. America which was so humbling and breathtaking. Thank you to our guide (sorry forgot his name) he was great too

Little late to the review, as our trip was at the end of February, but wanted to make sure i put one up as it was a fantastic day and tour overall. Our guide picked Ingvar was superb, picking us up in the awesomely massive jeep, that was sure to get us up the mountain. The weekend itself had caused several othertours to cance with our being the only one to actually make it up - however it was touch and go if we would snowmobile, thanks to the quick thinking and assessment of the mountaineers team, they switched our itinerary around, in order to make sure we were able to get the snowmobile experience in - first ativity instead of last.
The whole team upon arrival were supberb, welcoming, freindly, helpful and alot of fun. Once getting all dressed up in our overalls, helmet and gloves, going through our safety briefing (safety first) off we went. The guides were excellent, I was at the back, the last one off and a little slow to start meant i lost the group, however the last guide didnt seem phased at all, stayed with me, and we enjoyed the journey till we caught up, much appreciated i never felt pressure to speed up or rush through. the views we stunning and beautiful, stopping a couple times to take photos and enjoy the wide open space!
We also go to enjoy the waterfall, walking across the US and Europe plates, and the geiysers! Ingvar was an awesome guide, keeping ups informed with the facts of Iceland, but not overdiong it, along with few laughs - his driving through the snow was impressive.
It was an wonderful day and absolutly 100% worth it. We loved Iceland, and hope to get back again, and would definitly book another tour and recommend to anyone looking for a great company, guides and overall experience. Thank you!

The tour guide was fantastic… stopped at all the amazing places … word of advice … the gloves provided by the operator for the ski doo are useless …. My fingers are still numb… take good gloves and wear silk liners under them …. Good waking boots and thick socks are a must… a wonderful experience though
Highly recommend

My 21 year old son wanted to visit Iceland and go snowmobiling on a glacier. And what an excellent idea it was!! Biggy picked us up and we were in excellent hands all day long. The company has first class equipment and staff and with the unpredictable weather that is what you want to have. From the snowmobile suits, helmets, gloves and snowmobile to the excellent guide we could not have had a better experience. My son quickly learned how to drive the snowmobile and off we went on an adventure like no other. Just driving up on the glacier and back is quite a thrill. Biggie has years of experience driving and answered our many questions. Why do you drop the tire pressure down under 10 PSI etc.? On the journey around the Golden Circle we saw several rental cars that would have been much better off booking this tour rather than getting stuck in a drift.
You can tell the company is passionate about what they do and providing their customers with the ultimate adventure.
