          Very poor experience
The business of showing Northern lights is a complicated one: you depend heavily on natural factors that you have no control over: weather conditions, solar activity, etc. As a customer, your expectation is not that you will see Aurora because you pay, but you expect that the rest of the experience will be great. Unfortunately, this is not the case at all. First, you expect a small group as this is the title of the activity. In the end, you end up in a group of 20+ people, which is not small. You do have a barbecue, which is nice, but the food is made of sausages of the cheapest supermarket quality, and some local beverages are poured directly from bottles from the same supermarket. Given the very cloudy weather we had the whole evening, it was given that we wouldn't see anything. The organizers knew it well before we met but rather than being transparent and honest, drove us for kilometers at high speed on icy roads pretending that we might see something further away. During those drives, our driver wasn't saying a word, not explaining anything whatsoever. At the end of the trip, he just threw people out off his bus without even a "thank you".

          Magical Aurora Borealis
The Tour started very punctual and took us to a lakeside at which only we were and the northern lights were overhead!! Made it quite special. Aleks and Angelo did a great Job. We got a lot of inside about the northern lights and Finland in general. Thank you!

          Huskie raindeer and Santa Village
This excursion fulfilled all of our ambitions for the day, the huskies were amazing, a great raindeer ride and superb trip to see Santa. We were well looked after throughout the day picked up and dropped back to our accommodation. 10/10

          Worst Trips Provider
VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! After I already booked the trip and paid for it 24 hours in advance, I was waiting for the trip provider to show up and pick me from the hotel in the arranged time, yet no one showed up. I have called the service provider to make sure he is coming to pick me but surprisingly, he wasn’t aware that I already booked. The service provider called me again after sometime stating that this trip was canceled due to operational reasons and it’s won’t to be happening. However, since all Rovaniemi trips require 24 hours booking in advance, I wasn’t able to book any other trips during the same day.

          Don’t make reservations in advance
Guys are doing their best but you cannot do anything against the nature. In december weather is offen cloudy/snowy, which means you won’t see anything. And we didn’t on 3 different places (and day before and day after they didn’t see it, too). So you will just pay a lot of money for sausages and tea in the nature. I would suggest you to not make any reservation in advance (there are no refunds), just wait for appropriate weather and check Aurora apps, so you know when Aurora would be visible. Book it just in case there is bigger chance you will see it, otherwise it doesn’t make any sense.

Great tour meeting Santa and friends
My cousin and I had a great time on this tour, especially with our guide, Alex, who gave us a lot of info about rovaniemi and our activities. It was nice being able to do the reindeer and husky sledding rides in one day, and I felt like we got to spend the right amount of time enjoying Santa’s village. Highly recommend!

          Safari with guide Angelo
This combo safari was definitely worth the money. Our guide, Angelo, was amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. He waited with us to send postcards and meet santa and then gave some extra time to walk around Santa Claus Village before heading back. Definitely recommend this tour!

          Incredible and educated
The second tour we did was Waterfalls. I never thought that it can be so beautiful in the winter time and our guide Alex had so many interesting views to share with us. This tour was incredible and so educated. Also we had tasty chocolate, tea and marshmallow next to a fire camp❤️

          Eh, expensive sausages
Didn’t get to see the lights because it was too cloudy. Wish the guides would’ve let us know that and to reschedule. Or since we spent the night out and didn’t see the lights then another tour with them comped for another night would’ve been nice, like other companies provide… Guide was nice & informative though

15/10 would go again! It was everything we hoped for!
Our guide (Aleks) got in touch with us earlier in the day to confirm the time and location where he would pick us up. Aleks was great - he drove my friends and I to a secluded lake about 30-40 minutes away from our hotel, as it would increase our changes of seeing the aurora. He answered all our questions patiently and with lots of humour. While waiting for the aurora, he made a fire and showed us how to pick berries and take ideal photos of the sky in the dark. I won't forget the stories he told us about camping in the wild, and about the animals he and his friends have encountered over the years. Aleks' English is excellent, and he has expansive knowledge of Finland and the surrounding areas. He was able to establish a great rapport with each of my friends! The sausages and hot drinks in front of the campfire were amazing, everything I hoped for. Aleks stayed for much longer than needed (an extra hour!) to make sure that we caught the aurora (which was a surprise for us as the season has just started in August). He helped us take amazing photos (he has an amazingly steady hand!) and was patient with us when we tried to take our own photos. Felt like we each made a friend, and we are all super glad we went with this tour! It felt very bespoke and was extremely enjoyable. Highly recommend!

          Loved it!
Everything was well organised. Picked up from our hotel, taken to feed reindeers, then to huskies and then to Santa Claus. We had lots of information from our guide :)

          Worth the money!
Alex is the great guide. This tour is definitely a must have, you try the food from Mother Nature, learn more about the forest and have nice picnic by campfire.

Alex was very kind to me, as I am not good at English. Although we could not see many animals as they were hibernating, it was a valuable experience to see animals that cannot be seen in Japan.
        Kiitos!
